My hygienist was very good. She used an ultrasonic instrument for cleaning. No pain and great experience. I do get nervous when going to the dentist. Not a bad experience today.

From setting up the appointment to the time I left I felt really comfortable and happy with the service at Advanced Dental. Lindsay had put me on a waiting list and was amazing at getting back to me as soon as a spot opened for a cleaning. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile and introduced me to everyone who would be taking care of me. After my cleaning and X-rays(it was my first time there), Dr.Shurbaji came in and introduced himself, which made me feel like the staff really cared about me as a client. Overall I had a great experience, and the staff was stellar.

I went to the same dental practice my whole life until I was nearly 30. I picked advanced dental completely at random because I had moved and their Norwood location was closest to my new home at the time. And I have been so thankful ever since, having only ever been to one other practice my whole life (even through 4 agonizing years with braces as a teen) I had no idea that the experience could be better. I have now been a patient here for a couple of years and each visit just get better, I cannot stress how nice everyone is there and how on top of their game they are with billing, procedures, etc, they make their whole office operations look so easy, but I know they work hard. Bravo to them and I could not recommend them more highly.

Love this practice so far. Our whole family comes here. After trying a popular practice in westwood, this is much better. Feels smaller, less crazy busy and good experiences so far for all of us including two young kids.

I have been coming here for about a year now. I have had 9 visits so far ranging from routine cleanings to a root canal. My son has also had fillings here as a toddler. Dr. Krista Pauly has overseen all of this and always does a fabulous job. She's is always very kind and cordial. She regularly checks on your comfortability and makes sure you are well informed of all procedures. I usually have my cleanings done by Ernistina who's is always friendly and has that gentle motherly touch when working with my son. They work hard on making sure all appointments are seen on time here. This actually means a lot to me as sometimes I crunch dental appointments around lunch breaks or in between meetings. Some of the assistance I have had work with Dr. Pauly were Lee Ann and Priscilla. They are just as knowledgeable as the Doc herself and you can tell they actually love their work. They even carry conversations that make me feel comfortable and let the time go by rather than just silently work on me like I'm a broken appliance on a workbench. I'll keep coming for all my dental needs as long as this team is here. Also parking is plentiful and free as there is a lot next to the building.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist but the staff made me very comfortable. Ashley the hygienist took her time with me and made me feel every comfortable. I never had such a good cleaning in my life. Dr pauley explained everything in detail to me and didnt rish. She answered all my questions and explained my treatment plan. I never experienced that before. Im so happy that jill bowering recommended this place to me. Had the best experience
