I only trust Dr.Shaban with my teeth! He is a great professional in this field. I have been a patient there for about 3 years now. I brought my mom there and she is a patient there too. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Both Dr. Shaban and his staff are courteous, patient and professional. I have an old mouth with missing teeth and gum recession. Dr. Shaban spent some time going over all of the possibilities, what my insurance covers & what not. Then I was really impressed that he went over all of my x-rays, tooth by tooth, on a big screen,showing me which teeth were most vulnerable. I NEVER experienced that before. He cleared up a lot of mysteries & I left feeling more educated about my mouth. This was the best check-up I've ever had!

I highly recommend Quincy high care dentistry, dr. Shaban is such an amazing dentist. He is the only dentist I have ever met that makes me comfy and don't scare, my experience in the past with other dentists was not that great. Now I love dental appointments as much as I love my chocolate because of him and his a beautiful office manager (Soha Hegazy)❤

I’ve been going to Dr. Shaban for about 2 years now. He and all the staff has been very professional. During covid, they have been 100% on top of PPE and safety measures/screening to ensure that you are safe.

I have been here on two occassions. Both times I was told that I had no cavities and there were no issues. Upon obtaining a second opinion by another dentist, it was revealed there was extensive problems, namely gum disease and 4 (four!) cavities. Not only is this dishonest, it can be very harmful for the patient. I suspect they would rather bill for cleanings rather than perform restorative work which takes more time.

I had an awesome experience getting a root canal and crown done by Dr.Shaban and for a very reasonable price compared to other offices! He has very gentel hands and is very professional too.I have been referring all my friends and family since then.Thank you for making my dental visits more enjoyable ...

Great experience, I was never fond of going to the dentist which caused many problems with my teeth. Quincy high dentistry took care of everything without me having any worries. I can honestly say everything was pain free and my teeth came extraordinary. . I would highly recommend them.

Very happy I made the switch to Quincy High Care Dentistry! Everyone is super friendly and caring and I barely feel a thing! It’s also super easy to make an appointment and the staff is very accommodating! Can’t recommend them enough if you need a place with great cleaning and even better service!!

Not only am I going to file a complaint at the City Town hall but I am going to hire an attorney on these people. Horrible People. I live a half mile from this density and I came in a couple of hours before my first appt there to check out the parking and see if there was any windows or just check out the setting. I walked in and I was greeted well, told them who I was and she said great, can you come in a little early today and I was like sure. I had made an emergency appt because I had a tooth ache. I had two hour before my appt and I went back home and the office called me and the rude lady told me they were cancelling my appt. To look for another Dentist. Why, I have no idea. She had already approve my insurance so it had to be either my skin color. Or that I was checking out the office before my appt. I think the doctor was told that I did that and they said screw him. So very Unprofessional. I am very much in Pain and they cancelled, the didn't postpone. They said go somewhere else. So upon my visit, which I did not like where they were located. Its in a basement with no windows. Its Musty, the office looks like a makeshift what ever you want to call it. The had old furniture, old leather couches and chairs in behind where the receptionist sat. I know for sure they said screw him because I asked is that where the office is? I was concerned and she was like now over there through another door. This place and these People, I would not go back. I am glad they cancelled. I am filing a complaint with the city and against what they did. Don't bother with these guys. Trust me, they just left me with a toothace because I checked out their facility which I would have gone to but now thinking about how bad of a feeling I had walking in there. I am glad. They will pay for this, unjust treatment and racial profiling.
