Staff were so kind, patient and polite. It was an appointment I was dreading, but ended up being a pleasant experience.

First visit here and everything was super quick! The reception staff was excellent and the hygienist took the time to explain every step of the process.

I love this office and I'll never go anywhere else.
It's brand new, clean, state of the art and Leeanne is the best! She's so good with my cleanings and gentle. I have very sensitive teeth and I never put off going to the dentist now because they're so caring and careful.

I went in for an invisalign appointment. The staff was very friendly and gave a lot of information. I have always felt good and very comfortable at Nashoba Valley Dental. They have always been good to me and made me very comfortable. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist!

My 1 year old son went in for his very first appointment today. Our visit started off on a wonderful note when we were greeted by the front desk staff and their adorable puppy. Christina took the time to come around and play with my son to make him feel comfortable in a new and unfamiliar setting. We then went out back to start our appointment with Lisa. She was amazing at conversing with my son and keeping him calm and entertained. She also provided my husband and myself with a lot of valuable information to help get our sons dental care started on the right note. As always my experience has been nothing but amazing. So happy that I know my family is always in good hands here.

I was completely panicked because I cracked a tooth for the first time. Not only did they see me the next day, it was as simple as a filling that they could fix right on the spot. So so happy these good folks are my dentist!

All of the staff help you to feel comfortable. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle and thorough. I would recommend Nashoba Valley Dental without reservation

My experience with Nashoba Valley Dental has been great. Very anxious with dentist phobia and Michelle put me right at ease. The place is State of the Art and I am happy to be a client there.

Nashoba Valley Dental is the place to go for dental work. They are courteous and caring. And the dentists do excellent work, even when they run into issues they may come across due to client's infrequent visits. Dr. Annese is quick and efficient. Makes the anxiety of going to the dentist a little less.

If I could give a half a star, I would. I am writing this review on behalf of my father, Rick. My father started working with Dr. Matthew Annese in May 2019. At that time, my father was charged in full for all the work necessary for his dental care (2 dental implants on a bottom denture, which includes the gaskets that connect implant to the denture). At that time, my father was told (by Debra, no longer there) that this payment (over $4000) would cover placing the implants, and gaskets, and any work in the future if something were to go wrong. The dentist has been doing work without any issue or any additional billing in replacing the gaskets for over a year and a half. My father was very pleased with the dentists service, as they kept their word and made sure he was all taken care of- around 6 times he needed maintenance of the dentures. NOW, as of 3 months ago, he needed new gaskets in the denture portion (very cheap money) due to the dentures coming loose and food getting under them. The denture will even completely come out of the implants!!! WELL NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE HIM $120 EVERY SINGLE TIME HE NEEDS GASKETS TO KEEP THE DENTURES SECURE!! THIS IS INSANE AND THE DENTIST REFUSES TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT! My father has asked for help and left several messages to discuss this, as well as why his agreement was changed and after a month, all he has gotten is rude behavior from the new receptionist, Jenna and no return call from Dr. Annese. This is no way to conduct business with a long term patient. As a nurse I find this absolutely disrespectful and neglectful to my father's dental health. At this time he is being forced to use glue to secure his dentures and this is just a band aid to a bigger problem. So, my suggestion to anyone visiting this office and spending large amounts of money for care- GET YOUR INFORMATION IN WRITING!!! Had my father known this, he would have done the same thing he did with his upper dentures, but he chose this option because he was assured he would be taken care of. SHAME ON THEM!!!!
