We never even had a chance to go there. The day of both our children's appointment they tried calling me at work. When my wife went to bring them, she was told that if someone doesn't answer when they call prior to the appointment the appointment is cancelled. The person on the end of the phone was very rude and condescending to my wife, implying that it was because we are young parents. And that her and the rest of the office staff had been talking about how we were irresponsible parents. Horrible customer service for one, and secondly I have two children 4 and 8, have taken them to who knows number of appointments I have never once been somewhere that cancel the appointment if they can't reach you on the phone before you show up. I already have an appointment elsewhere we will never be going to this office after the treatment My wife received.
