You can Never get a appointment to see Emily Starr as they need more than 1 Dr there, they Always Cancel the day of when you have a appointment. And when you have to reschedule after they cancel you Can't get a appointment for 2 weeks later.They are Lucky I gave them 1 star as they deserve Zero

My son absolutely hated going to the dentist due to being Autistic/ with high anxiety to meeting new people. This office not only went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, they treated him with the upmost respect and that means SO much to this Momma:)

Absolutely terrible place! Medical part is awesome. Dental side is horrible. They used to be great until they switch over to this new company. The dentist is like 20 years old with a power trip. He's rude, and very intolerable with his patients. They scheduled me for an emergency appointment and then told me to go to another dentist. Never even helped me.. It's all about getting money. Not helping people.. They turned me away and didn't even schedule me for an appointment to actual fix the tooth.. I've never seen anything like it. Avoid the dental but medical side is awesome!!!!!

I go here a lot because its the only doctor i can literally go to. I don’t have a car, so I can’t go to the actual Gwinn clinic. I love the nurses and doctors here but i am really annoyed to not have my needs met because of no staff. I went in for high blood pressure and had to reschedule because they made my appointment in gwinn. Please stop doing that or differentiate the clinics, everytime they say gwinn they mean ki and anytime they say gwinn its gwinn. Its confusing and very very risky to someone who has high blood pressure, had the er basically tell her to go to her own doctor, then not be able to be seen for like a full month now. I’ve had this happen twice now, once for lab work and now for my blood pressure. You guys need traveling doctors or more staff or something, having only one to two doctors isnt okay for how big base is, not everyone can get to gwinn. Not everyone can schedule bus rides, this needs to change.

They are extremely unprofessional it has been 1 year since I started being treated there and I am still 4 appointments away from getting my dentures which is a five appointments total and they refuse to schedule my next appointment they have been paid by my insurance so I can't switch to a different dentist but I would not recommend them to anyone ever they can't even send the call to the correct department it is the most infuriating process I've ever been put through

Took forever to get an appointment for cleaning. Asked 3x if it was possible to have the cleaning done first visit and if they took my insurance. I was assured they would. But when I got there was told by the staff they didn't take my insurance after all, and after more than an hour wait was told they would not clean my teeth either, but that I'd have to come back. Walked out and will never go back. Office was dirty, staff rude. Total waste of time.

Never again! Fiance went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and ended up with broken bones and being told he'd have to see an oral surgeon immediately. Left Sawyer with tooth half pulled only to get to the doctor they referred to find out he doesn't take his insurance. Like in this immediate emergency situation Sawyer could not have AT LEAST taken the time to find him a doctor on his plan? I am so disgusted by the care he received as well as by the blatant disregard for the patient in what is a traumatic dental experience. He is driving himself around tooth being held in by gauze trying to find himself a doctor. Dr. Ashley and staff this is vile treatment and harsh punishment. Lesson learned THANKFULLY before I had my kids in that office but unfortunately too late for their dad.

My grandson was belittle by Dr Ford during his dental visit, who does she think she is ? She had the crappiest chair side manner ever, how she has a job is beyond me..I wouldn't take my dog their ! ! !
