I absolutely fear and hate the dentist...super traumatic experience years ago. Well let me tell you, I think my fears may have been resolved with my visit to Superior Smiles yesterday. Mary was my hygienist and she's wonderful! I told her my fears and past experience and she was gentle, thorough, so kind and did an excellent job from start to finish. Dr. Tony was equally as kind, super gentle, thorough, and great about answering my questions. Thank you Mary and Dr. Tony! I'm always hesitant to make the next appt after the dreaded visit...not here! My 6 month check up is made and I've requested you both ! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Music is super loud, and very slow. Tried going in for a normal extraction and was scheduled months worth of random cleaning and root canals. The lady on the phone was very rude and uninterested in anything I was calling about and was having another conversation during mine. After some snarky remarks I just decided to go to another establishment this place seems to harp on the people living in these small towns. The dentist can't even do extractions if he thinks its any bit of a hassle don't waste your time here. Also, coworker has had root canals done here before and 2 months later he's back to a different dentist and told him that whoever did your teeth needs to be convicted.

Wouldn't recommend. If you miss apt or forget for any reason (3) times total/3 strikes your out, -and its not just in the span of a couple months..its TOTAL. Ive been going here with my kids for 4 years and in the matter of 4 YEARS she had just missed her 3rd apt ever, throughout 4 years, and they VERY RUDELY tell me-"Yea. Shes dismissed now, Sorry!" and that was IT. I said what? a 10 YR old?! Its not even her fault. They said it doesnt matter if its a child or an adult. But there are limited places who will accept new patients with medicaid around here to begin with, so they just made my life 100 X more difficult than it already was. Thanks A lot Superior Smiles, Id love to speak to whoever makes these rules! For future reference- you might wanna change that rule to 3 times in a year, or something, not total. Because now my family wont have a dentist unless we move out of the area. Ridiculous.

Music was very loud and I explained to Dr. Fisher that I have tinnitus. He said “There is nothing I can do about the noise” . The way he handled it in my world was rude and insensitive. I will be going to the Laurium clinic where it is quieter. Thank you’

I generally dont give reviews unless its a good one, but my experience here has been that bad.
They are rude, and unorganized. Truly sad because as a Kid i wouldn't mind coming here. They care more about their money than their patients. Also, dont ask for pain relief, youll get a snobby comment about how they dont prescribe help for pain.

Legitimately the best experience I've had at a dentist in my life. And I was getting a cavity filled. Staff is wonderful and the doctor was very gentle.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Called for a emergency appointment and was greeted with a rude receptionist, who could of given two cares less about making my day better. Then when asked if there was a waiting list I was simply told it is already "full" with people with "tooth aces" and to call around to somewhere else. Then she hung up. Guess they wont be getting any of my business, and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows that SUPERIOR SMILES is the one of the worst business up here.

This place is great. They don't try to pressure you into procedures you don't need. They're friendly, professional, and quite competent. As such, they're booked well in advance, so make your cleaning appointments a couple of months early.
