The staff is so rude and confrontational! They are constantly calling to reschedule the appointment last minute. Plus when I went in today on time the women behind the desk were very rude and discriminating against me. Told them I can’t wear a mask because of medical reasons. They said well then wait in car or we take you to the back. Like ok then lets get this done I will go to the room and wait. Get to the room and the same women start pushing covid testing and questions on me. I explain I am not interested only here to get my teeth cleaned. So then I am told to leave if I will not submit to covid testing! I will be reporting this to the BBB and other agencies since your staff encourage and push people to endanger their well being! Not only that but waste their time and gas money!

I had written a review about staff and I was very comfortable with them. I was told when I registered that the pricing scale is based on your income. I'm on social security and a very low amount each month. When I was evaluated by the Dr. I wasn't asked how much I bring home a month. Long story short..I need 8 teeth pulled and a lower denture. I already have an upper denture. When I looked at the summary and procedure that needs to be done ..it was over $3000.00. They put down an upper denture too and another procedure that I have no idea what it was for. Money has to be paid when procedures are done. I will be canceling this appointment!! I'm sure there are dentist that even use a payment plan. This all has upset me because these teeth need to come out. This is too bad because the staff are kind. Its all about the money which is sad.

The staff is very friendly. They make sure all your questions are answered, they explain things well. The staff makes you feel a lot less nervous!! I recommend for sure.

I was not happy about my experience at the dental office. First off I waited about an our past my appointment time. Then I was in the chair for an 1 1/2 for three fillings to be drilled out and refilled. I don't know what happened I've always had a positive experience with them. I just hope it don't happen again.

amazing my dentist is fantastic and he gave me my smile back and making sure my smile stays beautiful!!! i love them and everyone that works there is always nice a sweet i always get cold when i get numbing shots and they have a specific blanket for me every single time they absolutely amazing and i would recommend them to anyone!
