Dr. Gets and Dr. Andrea Toth are so friendly, personable, and VERY knowledgeable. They both will educate and walk you through the reasons for their recommendations in a non- judgmental, nice way. My partner and I have been coming to them for just a couple of years and could not be happier with their services and recommendations.

I love the dentists at Comfort Family Dentistry. They are so kind and just like the name says, very comforting also. I’ve always had some anxiety about the dentist because of some past bad experiences, and I let the staff here know about it. So they make sure to keep that in mind with all of my appointments and help set me at ease. Thanks for doing what you do and making going to the dentist as painless as possible.

They were able to see me the same day I called when I had a painful tooth and they did a superior job on fixing a tooth that is right in the front of my mouth! You cannot even tell that the front of that tooth is all filling and not enamel. It matches the others perfectly! This office is in a class of it's own, 5 stars all the way!! Thank you for a superb job and experience!

I love Comfort Dentistry! The staff is always professional and friendly. The dentist always answers my questions in a way that is easy to understand and all of the staff seems to know what they are doing. The hygienists are the bomb and they are really patient and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I chose them. My appointments are always on time, I don’t have to wait long, and they never rush. I also love the way they send out reminders for each appointment and do great follow ups.

I had a great first visit at Comfort Family Dentistry! I have always had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but everyone was great and helped me feel at ease. My hygienist, Bridget, was awesome and friendly. The dentist was awesome too. He took his time explaining the plan with me and listened to me and what I needed. Great office environment there and I'm a lot less anxious about going back.

They actually told me that I had to disclose all of my medical information, personal medical information has nothing to do with dentistry. They refuse service when I told him it was none of their business. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Very rude they will call you and move your appointment and then charge you $75 if you reschedule your appointment. Going to The dentist is already not fun but these folks will bring that to a whole different level. Do not use this institution by any means!!

Unprofessional and rude. Paid for an appointment that was advertised as a new patient special. When they attempted to quote me over double the special for the cleaning, I told them I wasn’t interested and wanted just the $150 special. They told me they would honor it but didn’t have time to do the cleaning portion of the appointment that day. They insisted I pay on Friday so I wouldn’t have to on Monday. After I left home they called and canceled the cleaning after I already paid for it. I get a call on Monday for an appointment reminder and after I remind them of what they did they switch the narrative and insist that they told me I was ineligible for the special. When asked about call recording and cameras they insist they don’t save or record them. Save yourself the time and go to a professional service, not this clown show.
Updated: Stephanie from the office called me and told me she would forward my refund to remove the Google review. Since I have already had issues with this office I told her I need that in writing and I would not be removing any reviews without being refunded for this. She stated she will not send me anything in writing and insisted that the only way I could get my refund is by providing them my credit card info over the phone. Will be reporting this business to LARA for this behavior.

I hate the dentist, let's just get that down on the record. I hate everything about it. The smell when you walk in, the noise, needles, the experience in general really. When I found Comfort Family Dentistry in Kentwood, I was in pain, I hadn't been in the dentist in about 10 years. I was terrified going in, but the experience was so much better than I could have anticipated. The staff is incredibly welcoming and non-judgmental. They walk through everything that you need done to get a healthy mouth. There are discussions, not just them telling you what is going to happen. You can raise questions, you can have concerns, and you can be involved in the treatment plan and do it at your pace/budget. There isn't a high pressure environment at all, they also give you estimates in advance of every procedure. I love this dentist so much that I brought my kids here, and they have done an amazing job with them. They hide the needles, do extensive numbing so there is no pain, and explain EVERYTHING in advance. Then, after all of your procedures, they call you the next day to check how you are and see if you need anything. Dr. Toth and her staff are the bomb diggity.
