Dr. Eric and his staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I called with a terrible tooth ache and even though I was a new patient and they had no openings that day, they had me come in and found the problem and took care of my issue. I've been a patient of Dr. Comrie for years now and have always been very very happy with the dental services that he and his staff provided. Recently Dr. Comrie took advantage of a well deserved retirement and his practice was purchased by Dr.'s Eric and Ariel Heisser. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Eric. He has at least 7 years of experience as a dentist and I can say that I was fully satisfied with my experience. I had to have a crown fixed and the staff was very friendly and they all made sure I was comfortable and fully aware of what they were doing in my mouth the entire time. My wife and I will be patients here for a long time to come. Well done Laketown Dental Team!

Absolutely love everyone here ! They conquered my fear of the dentist , and I love being welcomed by name . I also greatly appreciate their text reminders of upcoming appointments!! The dentist that was here was great and I hope he is very much enjoying his retirement , there’s a new dentist that has taken his place , that I got to meet today . He has a very friendly demeanor, makes you comfortable and is good at explaining everything , I absolutely will not be changing due to my previous dentists retirement . If you’re a coward when it comes to the dentist , like I was , this is the place for you !

I’ve been dreading going to the dentist due to so many traumatic experiences with dentists in the past. They got me in the next day after I called to make an appointment. EVERYONE was so friendly and caring. They actually listened to my concerns instead of just checking boxes. They were patient with me and even though it was the end of the day, I didn’t feel rushed or anything. They explained everything and checked in with me at every stage of the exam to make sure I was comfortable. I’m taking my son there from now on too. They will definitely be our permanent family Dentist. I would recommend them to any and everyone. They definitely exceeded my expectations.
