My family started with Dr. Nielson in the early 1970's. We all feel that our care has been excellent. When we did need extra procedures, like crowns, we received very professional care. Our son had a very unusual problem when it was time for braces. The dentists worked very closely with our orthodontist. We are now senior citizens and our teeth are strong and in very good condition. Thanks to the dentists and hygienists for their care and guidance.

After 30 minutes of trying to get this pest of a molar out Dr. Chelsea was able to remove it with plenty of anesthetic and felt more than comfortable the entire time! Super friendly, super professional and very prompt! My whole family has started going to Provident Dentistry!

Absolutely love this dentist so glad I found it. The staff is so friendly and kind I have not met one rude person in this office. I love coming here chit chatting, laughing and joking with the workers. Dr. Saywa is extremely talented, gentle and kind she is more then glad to help in anyway she can.

My wife and I have had outstanding service from Provident Dentistry over the last 10 plus years. I fine that the tools and techniques used are state-of-the-art. The folks are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The discount for seniors without insurance is also good value. We look forward to using the new In-House Dental Plan for 2015.

They are always implementing new techniques, and equipment in the office, staying current with technology. Hours are excellent The staff is awesome, many have been there as long as I can remember.
