I was very impressed by how the practice welcomes new patients starting from the welcome message for the telephone call. I was amazed by the extremely quick response to schedule the appointment, called on a Friday and got appointment for next Monday though there was no urgency need for the appointment - awesome!! There was an option to directly connect with the dentist which is unheard for any medical practice. The visit was easy and quick and started at the scheduled time. Staff were courteous and kind. I was impressed with the Dental hygienist and the doctor who explained the issues and treatment plan. Check out was fast. I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option. Customer friendly and centered !!!

Making an appointment at the dentist has been a 2 year process after moving to Michigan because we were in a new place and because of COVID. Creative Dentistry was actually taking new patients which I was so grateful for. I always get nervous at the dentist even though I’m a grown adult. LOVED the staff. Brandi helped me, and she was so sweet and personable. They made me feel so welcome and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond too! They fitted me for retainers even though I hadn’t scheduled it, and they were super busy. They made this whole process (which I usually hate) SO much better!

I loved our visit to creative dentistry. The appt was for all four of my children ages, 3, 5, 5, and 11. The entire staff was so Friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was very kid friendly and patient as well as the the dentist. The waiting area was cozy and decorated nicely. The facility was clean and the entire experience was above my expectations. We have definitely found our dental home for as long as we live in the area.

I moved to the area last year and needed to find a new dentist because I chipped a part of my molar while eating. I scheduled an appointment online and Creative Dentistry was able to get me in several weeks later. The staff were wonderful. Very polite, helpful and answered my questions. Dr. Fronczak was also kind, informative and explained what needed to be done. I ended up getting a crown and also had a filling replaced. The visits went smoothly and I didn't experience any pain. Unfortunately I had got new dental insurance and they're now considered out of network. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

I accidentally arrived for my appointment 3 hours earlier. They had an opening and took me in. The doctor and technician were so friendly and made me feel comfortable for the procedure. He was also extremely efficient!! I'm glad I found a good dentist to go to!

I have never been as happy to go to the dentist like I am coming here. I started as a recommendation, and now I can't see going anywhere else. They are kind, professional, understanding, efficient, and an all around awesome place. The dentist and staff are outstanding. I am able to smile again thanks to them. Don't look anywhere else!

Hands down the most professional dentist office I have ever been too. From the time I called to make an appointment, to being seen. I have had a great experience. Janessa was the assistant. Janessa and Dr. Chris are a great team. They have made me feel so relaxed and comfortable being at the dentist again!. I have always been nervous going and this professional group of people are the BEST!!! highly recommend them.

I normally don't do surveys. After my recent visit I have to. I had a tooth filled that became sensitive. I have a major surgery coming up so I called into office. Was given an immediate appointment. Upon arrival was told a new crown was needed along with possible root canal. Knowing I was within a week of surgery Chris arranged his schedule to do it right then. Thankfully a root canal was not needed. Chris even did a redo on the filling just to make sure of no decay.
In this day when a business goes to those lengths to accommodate a client they need to know how much it means to the customer. Oh and they even charged my phone while I was there. Thank you all for taking one worry off my shoulders.

I went to a new dentist a few years ago after moving to the area and had some cavity fillings done, and to my surprise after the visit, I discovered they had used a metal filling material with a cheaper and unattractive appearance without my knowledge or consent. Moreover, in the process they created a gap between two of my molars that was wide enough to catch more food debris, often becoming painful until I flossed it out.

Fast forward to the present. I came to Dr. Chris for a routine screening and found out that both of the cavities from the previous provider had significant decay under them, and several adjacent teeth had cavities. Although the assessment of the damages was not pretty, I knew I needed quality service to repair the shoddy work and prevent future decay on those same spots.

Dr. Chris and his team are fantastic, and I’ve been blown away so far by the service. He has top-of-the-line imaging equipment I’ve never seen before. The dental hygienist who helped me across my visits was super friendly, empathic, and attentive. The anesthesia process and suction device they used in my mouth were so comfortable that I literally began dozing off during a crown procedure. And when I made an offhand comment to the receptionist about needing to schedule a return visit around my child care needs, she remembered me and asked about how my paternity leave was going at the next visit. All in all, the Creative Dentistry clinic has exceeded my expectations and I am relieved to have found a new great dentist in town.

They are always so friendly and do a good job. My 5 year old loves going to the Dentist! It's a highlight of her week when she gets her teeth cleaned!
