Terrible Dental Work and Unprofessional Doctors! Made a mistake coming here after seeing so many good reviews just to go through a complete nightmare.
They did two Root Canal, Dr broke instrument in one of the tooth's canal(didn't refer to specialist), misdiagnosed my condition, recklessly burned my gums with laser(extremely painful), then put poorly fitted crowns, came out many times, couldn't chew on that side for over a year! Dr. Leath didn't even bother to give temporary crown. Finally saw Specialists, needed surgery to correct their mistakes, cost me thousand of dollars. Now both crowns/core needs to be REDONE. Hillstream even lost some of my X-rays.(I requested many times if they can retrieve, No Response.)
They changed my doctor many times without my knowledge(5 drs in 11/2 year!). Dr. Justin Leath (owner) was Rude, Disrespectful, Dismissive and didn't even listen when I tried to talk to him about my concerns, never met a doctor/business owner who insults patient for their poor services. After having HORRIBLE experience with hillstream doctors, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HILLSTREAM DENTAL FOR QUALITY DENTAL CARE.

We've been seeing him for years now and are always at ease with any procedure because you know his work will be meticulously perfect . Dr. Fakhoury rocks! I ACTUALLY FELL ASLEEP with no sedation while he filled several monster cavities in tricky places (honestly, no sedation -- HE IS THAT GOOD). I have never had to wait, and walk right in at my scheduled time. The office is immaculate, and their hours are great for us working plebes. Front office staff is friendly, efficient, and know their stuff. So happy to find a great dentist so soon after moving up from Texas! The hygienists are extremely professional and very good with my children (ages 10, 7 and 5). They were patient and showed the kids where they at be not brushing as well. They were able to take all 3 kids at the same time so we were in and out in no time. The front desk is knowledgeable about insurance and were able to tell me what my out of pocket costs would be.
