Dr . Ron Berris is the most wonderful “painless” dentist. He is so careful about making sure that everything in your mouth is as it should be. The whole office is patient-kind and considerate. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.He can’t ever retire.

They sent reminder texts / calls prior to my appointment which was helpful for me & smart biz as far as I’m concerned.
So while dentist visits are not my favorite thing to do, I felt very comfortable with their professional care.
Had a 9:00am appointment, was in the waiting room about 2 minutes before I was called in.
They also sent me home with a dental care package of toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss.
Great experience !!

The BEST! I've been going to Dr. Berris for over 20 years! I have had some quite challenging dental work - all successful. I love the hygenists as well. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and works with me to schedule appointments to meet my challenging schedule.
The best part of all, the best dentist and ALWAYS looking out for my best interest (e.g. most cost effective with the highest quality).
You will be quite pleased with all of your dental needs (also refers you to the best specialists as well)

Received a $75 bill for not going to an appointment. Had a family emergency that needed to be taken care of so I wasn’t able to go to my appointment so they charged me $75. No one told me about being charged for not going. I do NOT recommend this place.

I had been with a practice in Ann Arbor for about 40 years.....but the drive was getting to be too much. A friend recommended another practice in the W Bloomfield area...which I tried for about a year.....and I wasn't happy with it. It also seemed like that practice always found something else that should be done to my teeth. I never had these issues with my Ann Arbor dentist.
My brother recommended this dental practice. My timing must have been lucky....I was given an appointment the next day because there was a cancellation.
I couldn't be happier with my appointment, Karen was wonderful, friendly, and always explained what she was doing and why. I can now get back on my 4 month schedule....which always seemed to drift to 5 months previously.
Great service....Needless to say....I am thrilled to have found this practice.
