I had to bring my 10 year old son in, it was virtually an emergency. I had called several local dentists, though the situation was severe, none of them took the time, or gave and ounce compassion to the situation.
I had called River Oaks, and was greeted with a warm voice, and compassion. She placeD me on hold spoke with the staff, and said they could squeeze him in that day. We avoided risk of infection, and got the issue taken care of right away, Thanks to them!
I have nothing but kind words and appreciation for the doctor and staff. It was clean, friendly, and surprisingly “affordable” (I had to pay out of pocket)… I appreciated that immensely.
