Horrible customer service
I called back on January 2022 to schedule a cleaning ( which I forgot about it ) so today I got an email reminding me of my appointment and so I called the office. First lady was so confused and put me on hold I gave her my information and my insurance then another lady picked up the call and said I couldn’t be seen because I have insurance through the state and they’re not taking patients with that type of insurance. So I waited since January through May ( May was the month when they had openings for new/state insurance patients) just to be told “ oh We can’t see you”
“ I don’t know who told you, you could be seen here” I knew they messed up when the 1st lady put on hold. I even asked them if I cloud pay out of pocket since I’ve waited all this month and I really needed a cleaning but was told that would be illegal because I have insurance. don’t lie to people if don’t want to provide service to state insurance just say you don’t take patients with that type of insurance and that’s it. Don’t put them on this long waiting list just to then tell them oh no I’m sorry for the mistake we’re still not taking new patients.
Just wasted my time…..

I have had one visit to base my experience off of. Let me tell you, I do not like going to the dentist. If I had a choice I would rather get a tattoo on my face than go to the dentist - mostly because I have never really had a good experience and let's be honest having your mouth wide open for almost an hour and your gums poked and probbed at does not feel good. But your not reading this to hear that.
What I would want to know as a new patient seeking a dentist is the following:
This dentist office is in a convenient location, free parking. Pleasant waiting area. Heather has an inviting and friendly attitude that is nice when checking in. She explained everything up to my wait time. Then Brianne, the dental hygienist was equally kind and thorough in explaining what to expect. She gave me time to rest my jaw and was as gentle as she could be to my gums. What I appreciated the most is that Brianne took the time to run procedures through my insurance and informing me if there were or were not any cost associated with them - huge plus!! Then Dr. Litzenberg was professional and personable in greeting me as a new patient. He spent a great effort explaining what was on my images and clarifying I understood. What I appreciated most of all was that I was not "lectured" the whole time about flossing and brushing even though I know that is there job. Instead it was kindly suggested to do such things to prevent A, B, and C. This is the first time I have been to the dentist that I wasn't told to rinse my mouth after every sip of soda or juice - because let's be real, who does that. This is also the first time a dentist actually told me that some people have hereditary bacteria in there mouth that makes them more susceptible to cavities - thank you, for the honesty! I'll be back soon for cavity fills! Highly recommend.

I had been going to and taking my daughter to this dentist for a number of years. I have been VIGILANT in my dental care, and every hygenist and dentist (including Dr.Litzenbeger) have confirmed as such that I do great. Yet somehow, within one 6 month cleaning window, I went from "You're doing great! No issues, nothing of concern!" to needing a deep filling that is potentially still going to need a crown, and another that will likely need a ROOT CANAL. And thats only after trying a crown first. There is no way in my mind that this was not an oversight. I did not go from everything is perfect to having a cavity that bored down into my tooth so badly that I probably need a root canal with NO change in my vigilant dental care within 6 months. I'm already $3,000 into this tooth and still need the root canal. Pulled my family and going somewhere else.

Far and away, the best experience I've had at a dentist. Dr. Danielson and his staff really cover all the bases when it comes to making the patient as comfortable as possible. Park Dental is one of the few dentists in my area that accept my state insurance. I recently had three pretty major extractions performed by Kyle Danielson, and every single one was a painless, low stress, and almost "hair cut" like experience, meaning that once the initial shot of novacane went in, I could have reasonably slept through the procedures. I never have luck with novacane taking, but much like a tooth ninja, Dr. Danielson has the problem taken out without much notice. My only complaint lies with them only being open two days, every other week, and three days on the others. This may be because he practices at a busier office on those days, but it's a real shame for us locals. I live in Monticello and had to submit to paying $170 out of pocket and going to a local office when I gave myself dry socket. Bottom line, if you need any kind of dental work done, this should be your first call. I've been recommending them, word of mouth, to everyone I hear complaining of tooth pain. Hopefully world will spread and they can expand their hours. 5/5

I'm in the military and have TriCare. I automatically get health and dental included with it. When my wife and I got married I added her, thinking we got the same coverage. My wife and I went here to get our teeth cleaned. Afterwards the office called me and said my wife didn't have coverage and tried billing me close to $400 for xrays and cleaning. I called TriCare and got dental added to her plan, called the office back to see if they could rebill it. Park Dental said that they woldn't change the billing date. So I asked if we could lessen the bill a little as I was not expecting a $400 bill. The office manager said she would speak with the dentist and get back to me. A few months go by and we got a letter from collections negatively impacting my wife's credit score. I called the office again and they said there was nothing they could do. So we paid it. Office manager said she left my wife a voicemail. My wife said she never got a call or voicemail. I don't understand why the manager wouldn't have called me in the first place since I was dealing with her, call me as well, or at least tried calling my wife again to get a hold of her. Next cleaning time comes and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was going to return for there service since we both forsure have coverage this time. The office manager tells me that my wife has to pay in full up front now and get reiburst by TriCare. I'm a business owner and I would never treat my customers like this. Not willing to help a customer out with a couple hundred dollars for an honest mistake in exchange for a lifetime of business. The office manager comes off as rude if you have an issue, and doesn't seem to care for the customer. Terrible customer service. We are currently using Albertville Family Dental now.

Amazing dental care! Facility and staff are top knotch. We had the most pleasant experience. The staff are so kind, professional and personable. We totally felt like we were in the best hands from sign-in through exit. I couldn't recommend any higher. So glad we found this place!

5 stars for Staff!... Dentist Kyle R. Danielson, DDS not so much.
i asked to see the cavity that was to be filled (no pain no external indication that i could find) he indicated it was a shadow he saw when light was shown thru it, they could not show me, i asked for an x-ray to verify, x-ray was taken.... maybe a cavity... Dentist would then not fill it said i did not trust him. News flash! Trust is earned not given!
I cannot honestly say if there is a cavity or not, will try to update with next dentist!. is it really to much to ask for proof of a cavity before that crappy shot?

First time going to this place was great, cleaning went great, nice people. Called back to schedule appointment for follow up treatment and they are closed for 4 days... not able to set up any appointments until then? Questionable at best may be looking for a new dentist office once again!?!?
