Came here for a cleaning after not having insurance for years. My poor teeth needed work! They did a great job on my cleaning and discovered a cavity. I got my cavity filled today and feel so much better knowing I have my teeth taken care of. Dr. Barnett is great and the whole atmosphere is comfortable and inviting.

Was told a dollar amount for a procedure, took a full day off of work to have it done. I showed up for my appointment on time and was told it was going to be $400 because my insurance company won't cover it all. They went on to act like $400 is no issue. They messed up but they had everything set out, and the staff booked for it. Any other business would have had to honor the original price when scheduling, or at least worked with me on the if they felt I needed the procedure. Instead, they are losing the money for the procedure, and having hygienists stand around for the next 3 hours with tools that all need to be autoclaved again. All because the rude lady at the front desk didn't do her job on the insurance coverage.

When I broke a tooth, Dr. Barnett was able to see me right away and scheduled the follow-up quickly. He works with my insurance, and most of all he's friendly and low-anxiety. The rest of my family agrees--we love Barnett Dentistry!

My family and I have been coming to this office since it opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. They remember us even if it has been 6 months since we've been in. Through out the years I have had each hygienist clean my teeth. They are all gentle and thorough. I love coming to the office even if it's for a filling.

Worse experience ever! Never received text or VM. Charge $300 for nothing. Find a new dentist office! So disappointed in charges. If you don’t have a response maybe they don’t know. $300 is way to much money for no service. Will find a new dentist. Technology is not always the way!!!!! The response was I don’t know what to tell you. Pay the $300.
