They do good work, but the high pressure sales and constant upselling more and more ends up being a bigger pain then a tooth’s ache. I want dental work instead it feels like your stuck in a time share presentation. It is obvious to me the staff is compensated with some kind of commission. I have zero complaints about the work done. I just wish they see you as a person and patient and not as a dollar sign. I will find a new dentist because if this.

I felt anxious and ashamed about bringing in my 2 year old with what I suspected was a cavity - when I did, Dr.V addressed the dental concerns and answered any questions I had about treatment plans, but also told me how I did the best thing by bringing my daughter in & that I was a good mom.
Her noticing of how I was feeling and reassuring me was above and beyond expected & very appreciated.
I have also been going to Lakes Dental for about 2 years. Both the cleanings and one filling I had went very well.
