I always have a great experience at Blakeslee Dental, warm and friendly employees the second you walk through the door, my regular dental hygienist that I've seen for 10 + years she is wonderful to talk to, we share a few similar interests out in the world so it works out great for having conversations, I have seen other hygienists at Blakeslee and they are all great to talk to and they are great at what they do. And Dr Blakeslee is always the best part of the appointment he is very funny and witty with everything, he also shows serious interest in how thing are going with you professionally and personally.

My family has been going to Dr Blakeslee for around 17 years. I don't even think of going to anyone else. They are professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I always feel informed about my dental needs whenever there is dental care needed like a filling, dental implant or bridge since Dr Blakeslee always goes over the pros and cons of the choices available. When I leave his office I feel well informed and I trust him and his staff. I know he has my best interest at heart. My husband hated going to the dentist.....hadn't gone in 12 years. But I got him to go to Dr Blakeslee and for the last 17 years he has gone every six months (I don't think he hates it now) Dr Blakeslee and his staff are the best and I highly recommend Dr Blakeslee's office.

Dr. Blakeslee and his staff are very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They are very informative when explaining the work needed on your teeth. I will refer anyone that is looking for a dentist to Blakeslee Dental.

Dr. Blakeslee and his staff are so caring. He never tries to sell you on dental repairs that aren’t needed, and he is so gentle. He has top of the line equipment and his fee schedule is very reasonable. I drive 2 hours to go to his clinic, because they are the BEST.

I called my dental Blakeslee dental, with extreme tooth pain. They were able to get me in right away.
I told them what tooth I think is causing the pain. It was a tooth with a previous root canal and a (crown that Dr. Blakeslee did) Right away they took an X-ray of the tooth without even first checking if it even was the tooth that was causing pain.
He looked at the X-ray and said it looked fine. He put an ice cube on the sides of the tooth and Asked if the pain was better. I said no. He couldn’t think of what to do next, and gave me a referral to an Endodontics. They scheduled me to see them in a week and eat pain relievers until then.
Two days letter, (after suffering an immense amount of pain) and no I will
Not drink pain killers
Two days layers, I started to feel all my teeth on that side of the mouth to see if any other tooth was painful, just by pressing down. And WALA ! It actually was my wisdom tooth near it! I went to see a different regular dentist right away to get a second opinion. A PROPER EXAM WAS DONE, and even without the X-ray we found the painful tooth. The doctor actually lightly knocked on each tooth, pressed down on the teeth around the area of pain to see if there was other tooth sensitivity. This is is what I call an EXAM. Not putting an ice cube on one area and calling it done, and referring to a high price dental specialist, only to pay $$$ more dollars for something that could have been simple enough to figure out here. Indeed it was not the tooth with a previous root Canal, it was a tooth nearby and that was discovered by doing a proper evaluation , exam and THEN an X-ray, not everything backwards and wrong.
For a doctor that has around 30 years of experience this kind of treatment is negligent and is highly questionable. I payed this clinic $$ for nothing and suffered pain in the meantime. I called Blakeslee 2 days later and told them I want them to check a different tooth in the area of pain, (because they they weren’t experienced enough to do so the first time) they refused and sent me back to endodontics. I got this tooth pain problem solved at a different, regular dentist office.
Dr. Blakeslee, I definitely think you are ready for retirement.
