After 30 years of experience as a dental assistant, what I find in a exceptional practice are it's people and the amazing patients they serve. Dr. Mehta as a first time practice owner understands when a leader invests the time and care to develop a solid foundation in his staff with respect, fairness, and compassion, they in turn will take care of the practice and patients. He values each one of his staff and treats them like an asset, which I found to bring out the best in me and others. Another quality he has is that he takes ownership if he is wrong or makes mistakes. Needless to say, it was such an enjoyable experience and a very fun and relaxed environment. I was very sad to leave because I moved out of state for family.
