I started going to West River dental because it's where my husband went growing up. I've been very happy with the care and service I've been given here. Today I arrived at my appointment early and then wasn't taken back until a little after my scheduled time. However, the staff and Dr. Runyun apologized and tried their best to complete my fillings in a timely manner, especially after they knew I needed to pick my son up from daycare at a certain time. Dr. Runyun did excellent work and in record time! Everyone is always so professional, helpful, and friendly. On a family visit with my son's first visit, everyone was very kind and patient to him. They went at his pace and didn't force him into anything he didn't want to do. Their facility is clean and comfortable. West River Dental is why I drive 34 miles for all my dental needs.

Everything went well. Got my teeth cleaned and the dental assistant did a great job. It was a Friday and I have an appointment twice a year. No dentist was here to check on teeth in my mouth. The assistant told me that things look good. So I went with that. Would have given you 5 stars if there was a dentist. WRD you do food work

I love my hygienist Rory! She is gentle but so efficient for my cleaning! I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere from the time I am greeted at the front desk to when I am paying to go out.
Dr. Jordan has been my dentist for years! I started w him over 20 years ago especially for our children starting to see a dentist. He is very gentle and took time to explain what he was doing. Our children looked forward to going to the dentist!!!

Great communication, great text reminders, great flexibility to my schedule. Clean office, professional staff, great hygienist, Awesome Doctor. Better than expected for general cleaning and major dental work. Was able to help me in house and did not refer to a specialist. I highly reccomend Dr Jordan and the staff at West River Dental
