Denmark Dental

Have been going to Denmark Dental for several years now and always leave there feeling good about my experience. They are professional, friendly and efficient . Yesterday was my first time at a dentist during Covid and was very impressed with all their safety precautions. Highly recommend this dental office.

During these times of Covid, I felt comfortable and safe with my appointment. Everyone was aware, responsive and courteous in this situation.
The process was professional yet friendly. All of the procedures and recommendations were explained with clarity and my questions were adequately answered.
I highly recommend the dental services at Denmark Dental.

Every time I leave my appointment I am instantly in a great mood. I’m always laughing or smiling and feel like I do anything! The way they talk to me about how I care for my teeth or how I am doing during the appointment is with so much respect and kindness. They truly make you feel good, welcome, and comfortable. Today I got my bottom permanent retainer fixed and I couldn’t wait to get online and write this review. It was painless, fast, and honestly fun because everything went so smoothly. I’m excited to go back in a few weeks for a different appointment because the staff is that awesome! Thank you guys!!!!

Had such a wonderful time with Dr. Helgison and Jenny his assistant. They make you feel like family ( had a clean bill of health 😎. ). Molly was sooo gentle when cleaning. Your teeth and very pleasant to talk with. I give the office ten stars. I come from South Carolina to see them.

This was the first time I’ve gone to Denmark Dental in Eagan. After my dentist retired and moving to Eagan I felt it was time to choose a new hygienist and dentist.
They had only been in this location for 4 days and I’m so glad I chose them. From the moment I walked in every one was amazing. The service they provided was top notch. Being that COVID-19 and variants are still a problem I was happy to hear everyone that works there is vaccinated.

I've had two appointments so far and have been very impressed. When I walked in for only my second appointment I was already greeted by name which I really like! It makes me feel like I am a valued patient. The two hygienists that I've seen were super friendly and thorough in explaining everything that was being done. Dr. Helgeson was also friendly and reassuring. At my first appointment it was determined that I needed to have my first crown, but both the doctor and hygienist made sure that I was comfortable knowing why and how it would happen. My first of two crown appointments went as well as I could have hoped. I explained that I was nervous but I felt very cared for during the appointment.

My family has been going to Denmark Dental for 40 years and have never had a bad experience. Larinda has been my hygienist since the start and always makes the experience a pleasant one. Dr Helgeson and the entire staff are top notch!

I recently retired and became a patient at Denmark Dental. It is the first time in my life that I have been comfortable and not dreading going to the dentist. The entire staff are very caring, professional, and thorough without judgement. I highly recommend this office for you and your family.

Going to Denmark Dental is great. I've been a patient since Dr. Casper opened his first office on Yankee Doodle Road, stayed when the pracice moved to Denmark Avenue, now visiting the NEW location Dr. Helgeson has chosen on Central Parkway! Ever since we chose Denmark Dental, I've shared that first Dr. Casper, and NOW Dr. Helgeson, Dr. Edstrom and Dr. Humbert treat every patient they have as though they were family! When work is needed, the options are discussed between the patient and the dentist; there is NO pressure to select a certain protocol; I trust their honesty and experience when it comes to a dental need! All the staff from front office to hygienists, to dental assistants are friendly and make all their patience feel comfortable, it is a good feeling to see friends again when checkups are needed.

Great office for children through adults, it always feels like a super comfortable place to be for dental work... strange as that may sound!! The staff at Denmark Dental quickly makes everyone who walks through the door feel like friends. I would absolutely recommend Denmark Dental to any of my family or friends (and I have done that!)

Dr. Helgeson is incredible. He is kind, efficient, courteous...and a *great* dentist. Our family highly recommends Denmark Dental. The rest of the staff - A M A Z I N G! so kind and helpful. There has not been one single encounter in 10 years that has been rough. They remember your allergies, stresses, little things that make it more comfortable. We can't recommend highly enough.
