Update: I never got my appointment confirmation text line they said i would for updating and now have to drive 2.5 hours one way to get my son seen by a dentist.... I deal with providers for a living and this is a quality of care issue. They used to be really nice now they were super rude and supposedly scheduled an apt for July 11th, but I'm not sure due to I brought up invisilign and the orthodontist coverage and the front desk hung up on me. I'm not sure when they hung up but I after I finished I said so if you could put that in the notes I'd appreciate it... and nobody was there. I think I heard the click from the front desk hanging up but I updated my phone number and they still text the invalid number. I just am speechless about how rude they are at the front desk. It makes me uncomfortable to have to deal with them when they are using such an unprofessional tone and way of customer service. It is call/customer service avoidance which is or should be zero tolerance due to the lady hung up on me. Hopefully they are nicer in July... I would assume the providers are still nice like they anyways have been. The front desk cuts you off talking constantly they obviously don't care what you have to say.
