Their service is fine, but the billing is unpredictable. I call it wheel of fortune billing. I have insurance and regularly had to call about bills. I switched dentist. The last straw was that they gave a dental cleaning that was not covered by insurance and didn't tell me ahead. I got a bill for $175 I wasn't expecting. When I called to settle the person laughed at me when I asked if there was a mistake with the insurance. She offered me 5% off. What a rip off. I am going to an office that straightforward about costs.
