So where to start...
I'm not sure if Dr. Fletcher is a bad dentist or if she doesn't like people on Medicaid.
On two separate occasions, I stated that I was having some irritation around a certain tooth and she said it was from my grinding. I ended up paying for two other dentists to check each of these teeth, and I had an active, draining infection and needed the teeth pulled.
I needed a crown for another tooth, which cost me $900 cash and the crown she put on has horrible margins where the original tooth is showing. This can lead to cavities and gum disease.
There are also occasions where they billed my insurance for things I did not get service for.
They do have a wonderful hygienist.
I definitely do not recommend Pillager Dental!

I do not recommend this dentist office to anyone especially if you have a family and are not on welfare. Between my wife and I we had an unpaid balance of $90. Since we hadn’t made a payment for a few weeks they sent our whole family (5 kids) to collections. So over $90 that I offered to pay they won’t take my kids for check ups. Very very poor customer service and they are not friendly when calling or checking in.

Dr. Fletcher is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry she can offer. Very professional and kind. The staff is very accommodating and the office is stunning and clean!

I left them a message to call me and they didn’t Hadn’t been seen for 2 years. Their policies said I would have to pay cash before seeing a dentist to pull a tooth. I have insurance. The girl that answered the phone said I was lucky she even picked it up. She should be fired. Can’t say enough bad about this place.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Fletcher or Dr. Rose!!! I've never smiled in my life as I have always been ashamed of my teeth. They have given me a new outlook on myself, I can't QUIT smiling now! I'm getting married this fall and am now looking forward to showing off my dazzling smile. They have been beyond amazing to say the least. Both of them and their staff are very friendly, courteous, helpful and simply the best there is. Thank you for giving me the smile I always deserved and being so tentative along the way!

Had a tooth taken out, she told me that there was a ball on the end that's why it took so long. A couple days later I was in so much pain, I went back telling her there was still part of my tooth there. She told me it was because bone was exposed. She put a gel on it to keep air off it, which came out the next day. Then they called me saying my insurance would not cover it, and wanted the whole payment before the first of the year. Which was only a couple days away. Now last night, the supposedly bone that was sticking out got all wiggly. Yep, it came out. It WAS part of my tooth. I will NEVER go back. I feel as tho i should have not had to pay for my second appointment. She obviously cannot tell the bone from the tooth.

The clinic provides great service, with a smile. Everyone is welcoming and you really can tell you're in good hands. Would recommend this clinic to everyone. What a smart group of women!

Not open fridays?! I'm not very impressed. They weren't this way in the past, last time I saw them was the quickest visit ever. I don't know if it's because I'm Native or what, but they looked at my teeth and sent me out with a referral without much of anything going on. The Dentist at the referral wondered why they didn't treat me there. I said I don't know, but the week waiting for you has been hell and it sucks knowing this place could have helped me when I was there.

Terrible New Owner Dentist. Got a filling and now my tooth and gums are infected also had to go to the ER to get anti biotics. When i went back to the dental office Rose county dental in pillager the crack pot dentist told me she couldnt do anything else and i would have to go see an oral surgoen because shes not qualified to pull a tooth. What a joke, you call yourself a dentist and you cant pull a tooth that you did horrible work on already and got my whole mouth infected. DO NOT GO TO ROSE DENTAL THEY ARE CRACK POTS WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING NEW OWNERS ARE DIRTY AND UNHELPFUL!

I hope you never miss an appointment for any reason at all there policy is ridiculous but the good news there are a ton of good dentists out there so no need to deal with a bad one.
