Went in for a cleaning and the Tech found a bad filling part of it was missing and the other was cracked so I scheduled a repair of it and had to move up the date to repair it they were very accommodating getting me in and ground out the old style metal filling and replaced it with new style and went well!😉

First time to the office. It was a great experience from the front desk to Tammy and Dr.Hedi🙌. Thank you 🫶🏼

Avoid this office for denture repair (or any procedure that involves lab outsourcing) if you value a fast turnaround. I wanted to choose a local dentist as I have lived in Princeton for several years now and no longer wished to drive to St Cloud for my appointments. This one seemed to have great reviews so I called them. I asked, very specifically, how fast they could repair my upper denture as it had been dropped and had 2 teeth chipped. When I mentioned that Northway had seen me first thing in the morning, sent it to lab, and had it back by 5pm each of the previous times my denture needed repair, I was told "I'm not sure we can do it that fast, it may be the next morning instead". I said I could still make that work and made the appointment. The very young dentist (forgive me but he literally looked like a teenager to me) tipped my chair all the way back and pulled the light down in to my face like we were about to get down to business with a large repair. I asked him if he realized I was only there for a denture repair and I could just hand him the denture lol. (each of my last two visits for this they didn't even recline the chair to take the impression of my bite, in and out in about 5 minutes). He insisted on "examining" my bite to see where the problem was. I said "...again, the problem is i dropped it and two teeth were chipped"??? He just kept on examining. It was just plain bizarre. After the examination he determined that my denture had 2 teeth that needed to be repaired. (I'm not making this up). I asked if there was a good chance of getting it back by 5pm and he said "No it would probably be Monday" which was 5 days away. What?!? Apparently they actually mail the denture both directions. Why not offer courier for an extra fee at least? But I digress. My main reason for this review was to warn of the very long turnaround time for denture repair to any who may also find themselves in need. I am giving 4 stars even though my experience was more like 1 or 2 stars, because they do in fact have a lot of very good reviews, which leads me to believe if I needed actual work on my teeth I would have been happy with theirs. Fair is fair. But maybe look elsewhere for timely denture work.

Great service provided by the entire team at White Birch Dental. They are professional, thorough and caring. A pleasant, relaxed experience even as these challenging times have forced us all to take steps to safeguard one another’s health. Looking forward to the return of unmasked smiles here and everywhere in 2021!

Did excellent with my 15 year old and explaining things to her, my 4 year old did awesome as she was super nice and explained and touched and felt! My two year old they where very patient with her and tried the best they could! They are very understanding of situations and try and help out as much as possible to keep your teeth!
