After going to a few bad dentists, we were hesitant to find a new one. After looking around at reviews, we chose to give Theisen Dental a chance. We are so glad we did. They were very accommodating. We had 9 people in our family that needed to be seen and they made room in their schedule to fit us all in on the same day. Dr Theisen is also very gentle. My husband had to have a root canal and said that it wasn't bad at all. I am so glad that we chose to come here.

Everyone here is just wonderful! From the front desk to the support staff to Dr. Theisen. If you're anxious about going to the dentist or haven't been for a long time, this is the place to go! They don't make you feel guilty, are very reassuring, explain everything to you and make it as painless as possible. I just moved to the area, had not had a cleaning in 2 years, had no idea where to go and I really lucked out finding this place!!

The dentist I had been seeing for 20 years retired and I was looking for a new dentist and I found Theisen Dental! They walk you through the whole process and thoroughly explain everything. Since I was a new patient they did all new x-rays and pictures (which I have never had done before!) Erika came in and reviewed all the notes, pictures and did her exam then she went through everything with me and made sure I fully understood it all before she left the room. Brenda then followed up with me later that day with my treatment plan and how my insurance would pay and what my estimated costs would be, the level of service they have is impeccable;e! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found Erika and her team at Theisen Dental!
