The back office seams to be very professional. The problem is the front office. I have had two scheduled appointments in a row six month apart where the dentist isn't in when I get their. The front offices retort is we don't have you down you will have to re-schedule. I have appointment cards that were given to me at Valley View.
If your time has value, this dentist is not where you want to go.
