I was not a patient at this clinic, but I had a dental emergency. I got in, in less than 45 minutes. They were extremely nice and understanding. I can easily say I will be switching dental clinics after that one short visit. I wish I could give 6 stars.

For some of us, going to the dentist is hard…But when you have really friendly, genuinely caring front office, assistants, hygienists, and Drs, It is a lot easier. Dr Brewer and his staff at Watertown town dental are the best!

The staff at Watertown Dental were very curtious and provided excellent care during my visit that included continuously checking on how I was. I was able to be seen and receive treatment for an emergency dental issue with almost no waiting for an appointment with reasonable prices and payment options for a person without insurance.

At the start of the Covid19 stay at home order, the dentist group I had been going to for 5 years closed its doors to thier patients due to the virus.
I had just 2 days to go when they closed for my appt to get my permanent crown after a lengthy root canal. So I waited and waited some more for them to re-open. Now, 10 weeks later they are still closed.
By this time the temporary crown has fallen off and I was experiencing a new cavity in another tooth that was developing fast. I called one last time and got referred by an answering service to some oral surgery office in St Paul. Then when I called them to see if I could be seen for this cavity--but they had no idea why I was calling them. I was at a dead end.
I called Watertown Dental and after explaining all this they welcomed me in, fixed my bad tooth and re- attached my temporary crown on the other one. And gave me two $50 coupon cards for credit on a first visit for NEW patients to give out.
My husband will also join me at my new Dental office, Watertown Dental.
Dr Brewer was so kind, personable and took the time to explain every step he did as he did the filling on my tooth. Renae his dental asst was just wonderful. The entire office staff were so friendly and very accommodating.
