Well after having them contact me for 4 months to make an appointment I finally did. I needed a 5 o'clock appointment on a Monday so I waited 9 months for an appointment. I got a text message stating they were excited to see me on Monday the 13th... I went to the appointment and they told me they called me to reschedule because they didn't have the staff. I asked is there another person getting their teeth cleaned now. She said yes... why is one patient more important then the next!!! It's been 2 year seen I've been seen and the next appointment isn't until Halloween! Extremely disappointed.

In the service industry a company is only as strong as their staff!! And let me tell you from top to bottom the staff at Winsted Dental is phenomenal! I have A LOT of anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist. They know this about me and make sure I am doing well at all times. If i need a moment to calm myself, relax, or just simply breathe they give me that moment and do so with compassion and respect. This makes scheduling regular appointments much easier for me as opposed to avoiding the dentist until it's an emergency. THANK YOU SO MUCH WINSTED DENTAL STAFF!!!
