My second visit here did not go as well as the first one. Dr. Brown set a very high bar during my first visit, and I expected the same results. Unfortunately, I was paired with another dentist who was not as personable, and seemed rushed. He didn’t introduce himself, and I only learned his name because it was on his cap. I also did not receive a follow up call to see how I was coping after my procedure. Overall, ok experience.

The staff at Germany Dental are friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and care about your mouth health. I’ve been going here for three years now and have had a lot of complications from diabetes. They gave me options and a game plan. I never felt pressured or judged over my decisions for treatment. They treat me like a member of the family.

I was sick with bad bronchitis when I went in and was having horrible coughing attacks. They were SOOOOO patient with me and so kind. Treated me like a VIP. And they fixed my issue quickly and perfectly.

They believe in finding the best plan for your health. I had spoken to Madison on the phone prior to my visit and she was just as pleasant in person. Dr. Germany was down to earth and Dr. Welch was very caring. They all made me feel like family. I can’t forget Lauren who was absolutely amazing.

A great practice for all ages and stages. Especially those of us TERRIFIED of going back to the dentist...after bad experieneces. First, it doesn't smell like the dentist offices I remember. The entire staff is so...friendly and puts you at ease.Dr.Germany, kind, smart and his work is amazing. There are all stages of sedation available and I could not be more pleased with my extensive work. Ask me to smile next time you see me.

Everyone was terrific. This was my first visit and they took their time, talked about what I was expecting, explained things beforehand (yes, I’ve been going to dentists my whole life, so I know a lot of this is common) and did an awesome job. From the front counter, through x-ray to the hygienist (hi Tammy!! ) to Drs. Welch and Germany, every step was handled smoothly and professionally. I really appreciate the outstanding service.
