Yesterday was my first visit to the winning smile dental group in Brandon. When I called at 5:30pm Lori answered the phone with a kind and welcoming voice and reassured me that I would be taken care of if I could make it in before closing. I was in so much pain and in dire need of a dentist. From the moment I came in until I left I was greeted, listened to, and cared for by everyone I met. I am so thankful I found them, and I will definitely be going back!

My goodness! If I could give my rating 1,000 stars I most certainly would! I was a first time patient and I’ll be a lifetime patient from here on out! I have terrible experiences in the past with the dentist, but I’m looking forward to my next appt! Mrs. Hailey and Mrs. Lori were EXCEPTIONAL! The customer service was unmatched!! It was unlike anything I have ever seen! I promise I’m not exaggerating! Dr. Gary was also very nice and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything and answered every question I had. I left the dentist, but I felt like I left a spa lol! Thank you so much Mrs. Hailey, Mrs. Lori (she was SO amazing!!), and thank you Dr. Gary!!!!!

Exceptional customer service is a rare thing these days, but somehow the staff at The Winning Smile achieve this every single time! From the phone call reminders to the greeting when you arrive at check in, to the clinical staff and dentists....every single encounter is warm and intentional. No matter how anxious you are, they will put you at ease and provide high quality care with excellent patient outcomes. I’m so pleased with their care and follow up!

I really was nervous of going to the dentist but going to winning smiles and having Dr. Lewis and all the staff taking care of me they welcome me with open arms and made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease.
