All i can say is WOW!! I am over the moon happy with this establishment! I started having a pain in my mouth, i already figured it was my wisdom teeth but wanted to make sure so i start calling around. NO ONE is taking walk ins but they took me right in! The pain in my mouth is so severe and they didn't have to care but they did! Although they couldn't solve my problem today, they gave me a referral to who could. I have dental insurance but i knew i had to pay a copay, and Ms Tammie made sure I was charged the appropriate amount. Ms. Tammie and the other receptionist (didn't get her name) were so nice to me and very patient considering i didnt have everything together. Me and my kids will be making this our permanent dentistry and i will be recommending to other people. With the pandemic going on and not to mention they seem to be booked to the max, they still worked me in on the spot. I can't say THANK YOU enough!! So again, thank you so much for your hospitality, patience, kindness, and just being great people. I am grateful someone recommended me to this establishment and won't go anywhere else!

Five HUNDRED stars! From first contact to leaving the clinic I cannot express how incredible the whole clinic staff is. Every step of my appointment, starting with reception to Dr. Barnes herself, exceeded all expectations.

Arielle, the lead dental assistant, invited me to the clinic for an exam after learning of my personal dental concerns. The level of care, compassion and respect I encountered is unmatched. I felt safe and worthy of the dental care I need. Arielle and Myah are angels walking on earth and I’m blessed to have met them. The reception was so welcoming, efficient and overall top notch customer service. Dr. Barnes was professional, understanding and proactive in creating my dental plan,

Additionally, the clinic is pristine and beautiful, possibly the cleanest establishment in all of MS & clearly taking extra measures to protect staff and patients from Covid-19. If you get cold easily, bring a sweater. I’ve never been so excited for my next dentist appointment. My daughter and I used Dr Barnes when we first moved to the area and was always pleased. I’m currently receiving dental work there after years of using VA. I was pleased to see how they had grown and advanced over the years. Dr Barnes is the greatest and takes a personal approach towards each patient. This office and Dr Barnes comes highly recommended by me!

I decided to give this dental clinic a try because I heard it was black own, and by me being a business owner myself I know how important it is to support your own people (minority). When I made the appointment i stated clearly I was wanted to come in for a teeth cleaning. So first I come in the morning of my appointment the owner takes my payment (care credit) which was was a little odd of it self, usually business take payment after the work is completed, but fine I didn't think to much of it, and it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for me just yet, but nevertheless odd. So as we perceive to the exam room the Doctor takes the usual x-ray cool. This went on about 45 minutes to an hour and she never acknowledged about clean my teeth! So I spoke up about it and she say, oh you're not eligible for a teeth cleaning. What!? I say what do you mean? She says well you need a deep teeth cleaning not a regular cleaning and escorts me up front to make another appointment! The charge was $150 which I didn't mind paying, but don't try to finess me! So basically I came in and got charge just to take an x-ray 🤬

Great Dentistry! I've been there a few times for minor and major work, the Service, Professionalism, and Skill are 5 Star. Receptionist were competent, kind, and courteous; my waiting time was very brief. Dr. Barnes is a phenomenal dentist, precise and masterfully skilled. My smile is Healthy, Clean, and Brilliantly WHITE.

I have been here twice. The service is good. My only complaint? The dentist takes a while to reach you. The dental hygienists r pretty nice and they answer all of my questions.
Front desk staff are rough to talk to over the phone but super approachable in person.
