Bounds Family Dental is special place. Each staff member remembered me, greeted me, and made me feel at home. If Dr. Bounds works on your teeth you quickly ascertain he is incredibly skilled and highly knowledgeable. Even with his extensive knowledge and abilities he remains humble. He attentively listens to you and throughly answers your questions . The dental assistants are classy and knowledgeable as well. They consistently help patients find and maintain calmness. I started using his services on Christmas Eve . I had a terrible tooth ache. My wife somehow got in touch with him and he came into the closed office along with several assistants. This act of kindness helped me understand he and his staff value others and will make personal sacrifices to help others. He has performed three fairly difficult procedures for me. For each procedure he personally called me each evening to check on me. In short, Bounds Dental is a highly talented practice that values staying on the cutting edge while maintaining a customer focused and humble climate.

Dr. Bounds got me in the next day for a tooth ache as a new patient when no one else would see new patients in under two weeks. I've been in three separate times and have never had to wait more than 3 minutes to be seen. His staff is extremely friendly and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. I had a substantial amount of work done and he took his time to explain everything to me and did a stellar job. He even text me later in the night to check up on me and gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had problems. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I wish all doctors were like him!

The staff at Bound’s Family Dental is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Carla and Jordan are so nice and welcoming when you first call for your appointment and it was even great to put faces with the names when you arrive. Mrs. Beth and Dr. Bounds are phenomenal when recommending, setting up services for your “more-than-routine” cleanings, and making sure things are completed and done RIGHT! Kim, was one of the nicest and gentlest hygienists I have ever had clean my teeth! Without a doubt, any future oral care for me will be entrusted to them!!!
