Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called to schedule an appointment verifying that they were in network with my insurance. I was told they were and then was given an appointment a week out. I states I was in serious pain but was willing to wait. About 2 hours before my appointment they called to ask me to come earlier which was great. I have to drive a good so I told her
I would try to get there early . I was then asked for my insurance information after giving it I was told they do not accept my insurance.

I often have anxiety with dentists, but I’ve had no problems at all with Dr. Katie Wasson. She thoroughly explains procedures and billing in full detail, as well as answered any of my questions in a timely fashion. She’s very open and honest and will recommend the best treatment plan. We met by happenstance. I showed up at the wrong dentist for my appointment. Nevertheless she fitted me in her schedule. God makes no mistakes. She comes highly recommended.”

My previous dentist was no longer on my insurance network, so it paid nothing on my work in his office. I was "looking" for another dentist when my crown fell off. I contacted this dental office thru my insurance and I really felt calm and welcome there. Prices were nice too!

I used to take my daughter here and they were good until she had a appointment for a Friday @ 8 am, so we miss school to go to appointment, which they NEVER showed up! We saw someone walk in the back door, but after several phone calls, knocks on door we finally left! I called the following Monday and she told me they no longer had a hygienist and decided to close on Friday’s!
Well a phone call would have been nice! So I asked if they would fax an excuse to the school about my child being late and she refused!!! So I won’t go back!
(I told her to check the Caller Id and the cameras to see us sitting on car, etc. But no luck) very RUDE!!!
Don’t recommend them, they don’t seem to care at all!!
Which is a surprise, since DR Lake Garner is/was the owner of this office as well as many more.

Good service, friendly staff; however, they have gotten pretty pricey. $145 for a cleaning seems a bit steep, and is a lot more than I paid them previously.

Dr Sherry Gwen is one of the best dentists in Pearl Her and her staff are very nice and makes one feel at ease as you sit in that chair .And working her magic on making your smile shine .
