Unprofessional and lack of integrity at the front desk. My dentist was out sick and was not available at the time of my appointment. When I asked Tiffany if I could speak to him upon his return, she spoke for my dentist, informing me that he would not speak to me about my bridge issue. I also needed to return a sealed, unopened whitener kit and Tiffany told me that they could not refund at Main Street Dentistry, because it was against the law! I called a number of local dentists who told me they never heard of a sealed whitener kit refund being illegal. When I called back weeks after my appointment to inquire about my insurance reimbursement, I was told they needed my husbands birthdate to process. Very disappointed.

We love Main Street Family Dentistry! Mindy has been our hygienist for over 12 years. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we are settled and comfortable. She has helped us reschedule appointments on several different occasions. I love being able to carry on conversation with her during our visits! She rocks!

I have always felt apprehension about going for dental appointments. Dr. Stevens and his staff at Main Street Family Dentistry made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. From the first call to schedule my appointment to checking out after my procedure, everything was easy. They got me in the next day, I had a short wait time, Dr. Stevens explained everything in a way that I could understand, & his staff was so friendly. I made my cleaning appointment that day & am actually looking forward to going back! I am so thankful that I found Main Street Family Dentistry.

I was disappointed as I was not informed about out of network until they completed the service. When I called to make appointment, I did mention about having PPO insurance but noone informed me about out of network. I paid a lot of more for annual exam and regular cleaning. If I used in network, I would paid nothing. Please check your insurance before making an appointment with this dentist.

went to main street dental after moving to the area and not having any idea of dentist's in the area. Did research and thought we would try this place. I am so glad to have been lucky enough to have gone here. I saw Skylar Myers he is great, took time to explain what was to be done and answered all of my questions. Did a great job and would recommend seeing him if you need work done. Again I would like to thank Skylar for the great job he did.

My three daughters use Main Street Dentistry, specifically Kim and Dr Bret. The girls have received exceptional care. The staff is helpful in scheduling appointments to meet the demands of 3 busy students. We feel like family every time we walk in the door. I highly recommend the office for your family!
