Worst dental experience of my adult life. Dr. Steven Thrap is awful. Very unprofessional. Dismissive and snide would best describe his bedside manner. The support staff and office staff were excellent. I don't blame them for his atrocious behavior. I hope the other dentists in the practice are better than he is.
