I was very pleased with all aspects of my dental service from front-end (Serenity, Becky, Caroline) to Jenn, and then Dr. Abe. All were patient regarding my many questions, and to treat me as a valued customer/patient. That meant a lot. Plus, I appreciated the honesty of Dr. Abe regarding her evaluation of my issues. It's important to me to put my trust in a dental team and I was very pleased with the results. Based on this week's office visit, I am transferring my dental services to this new team. The staff at CHS are all very friendly and helpful and have helped me work through several insurance questions in the past. Dr. Abe has recently done several fillings for me, and I think she is probably the gentlest dentist I've ever had, particularly when it comes to numbing the mouth: she takes the time to make sure that it isn't uncomfortable. My husband and 9 year old have also had great experiences here. Highly recommend.

Like most people, going to the dentist isn't on my top 10 favorite ways to spend an hour, but my time at Healthy Smiles was quite pleasant. The hygienist made the experience. She was careful and slow to clean my teeth and tell me exactly what she was doing. I'm new to this whole, "don't be a dummy, just floss your teeth" thing. She made me feel comfortable telling her my mediocre level of care that I provide my mouth and encouraged me to continue taking proactive steps to avoid long term gum issues. Dr. Batson was there to wrap up the hour and check in on my family. It's probably still not on my top 10, but this team made going to the dentist a breeze.
