My husband and I had a great experience here. My husband (a grown adult) is scared of going to the dentist, so I attended his first appointment with him. They were very understanding about that! He needs a lot of work done. Dr. G is amazing and explained everything to us and made a comprehensive plan for us. The office staff and our dental assistant were welcoming and made us feel at home. They also made my husband feel good about coming in and trying to fix the things that were bothering him. He needed the positive reinforcement. š I highly recommend!

Staff is amazing! I was a new patient with an issue that needed somewhat immediate attention. They fit me into their schedule so that I could get my issue resolved. Listening and fully understanding my anxiety, Jackie and Christine have been so gentle with my cleanings. They have made visits so much less stressful for me. The receptionist at this place is very rude, and unprofessional, she leave message on our phone demand change appointment time one hour earlier in the morning at last minute the previous night. when we get there one hour earlier as she requested, she said I put down at 10:00 am (which is the original time). She didn't apologize for all the confusions, act like nothing was happened. And then after the appointment, she asked for payment which is supposed to covered by insurance company, this mistake was happened not once, twice but many times, after I called and confirmed the insurance coverage. For this particular claim--cavity filling--I have already go through the correction with her before went for the appointment, she said, we can't remember everything, but can she put correct information on file? Are they try to get double paid?

All the staffs there are wonderful! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jackie and Christine (on previous visit)and they are very cheerful and sincerely showed they care about me even though I know looking at someone teeth is sometimes not too pleasant- yet they work and treated me as though Iām the most important person in that room! Most people hate going to the dentist yet I love going to mine! Thank you!
