I had a wonderful experience here as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and I never felt pressured to make extra purchases.

I would just like to start by saying I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, but they never made me feel badly about it. My hygienist, Niki, was so kind. Not only is she incredible at her job, but you can tell she really cares about her patients too. I saw Dr. Patterson's new associate, Dr. Brown, for the first time and he was very nice and explained everything to me. If you're like me and are a little nervous going after such a long time or are just looking for a new dentist I high recommend this office.

Dr Patterson & his team are always kind, compassionate and professional. I have been trusting them for all of my family's dental needs for over 10 years. Any time I have had a dental emergency, they do their best to get me in quickly to resolve the issues. During procedures they try to make the experience as painless as possible. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

What I appreciated the most was the atmosphere and attitude of all the staff. They were not just friendly - they were kind and made me feel that my needs mattered. I also appreciated that everyone including Dr. Patterson explained what my dental issues and needs were. I would encourage anyone nervous about seeing a dentist to give them a try. Plus they are considerate of special needs during examinations and such, wish I was happy about.

Dr. Mike is also extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current trends in dentistry. He always has helpful hints to maintain your dental health.

I have used Dr Patterson since he started his Joplin practice. He has been a wonderful dentist with my fear of dental work. The staff is courteous and great to work with. Would recommend him highly.

I'll start with - I've been afraid of the dentist for over 45yrs. I'd avoid going. I finally saw the team at Dr Patterson's office. I have a whole new outlook for dentist visits. It was very relaxing. They listened to me about my sensitivity and did what they could to avoid making my experience unpleasant. Bottom line - I can't wait to go back :)

Thought we found a new dentist and they were up on their game with billing and communication with insurance companies, but that was not the case. Didn’t check with the insurance company for fillings like I requested up front and ended up paying more than double what I was supposed to. Make sure you check with your insurance company because they say they do and actually don’t.

No one likes the dentist , but these folks were wonderful! They got me in for an emergency visit even though I was not a current patient, super fast and everyone was so friendly. They will be my new dentist for a long while !
