Stopped carrying my insurance after two years and didn't tell me. Received one bill that the payment was late and would go to collections. I have Tricare dental insurance and my eob said they needed to submit a form. I emailed the dentist office and they said oops sorry we will email the form so my insurance would pay. Never heard back until I got another bill. Then when I called again they were like ...oh right we don't carry your insurance anymore since December 2020 because of how much trouble they are to work with. My cleaning was in January 21 and it was my responsibility to check I guess but they could have informed me before my teeth cleaning that they stopped carrying my insurance. They could have informed me after I emailed them asking to resend the form. Then they could have waived the bill but instead said they would make a deal instead of me paying the 260$ for a teeth cleaning. Still ended up paying around 150$ instead of waiving. Too much effort and not happy with having to pay so out of pocket for their lack of communication with customers.

The absolute best! Fixed a botched up job by Samantha Wannabedentist. The staff and Dr. knew exactly what to do and I was a happy satisfied customer! I will tell EVERYONE I know and highly recommend Artizan Dental!!
