Dr. Matthews was exceptionally gentle with my mouth and always manages to stay positive no matter your mouths situation! Professional staff kept everything moving along quick and painlessly. Only good things to say about this place.

Dr Moser is very thorough with my teeth at my checkups. Chelsea is very gentle during procedures. I appreciate their services so much!

From my first phone call with the front desk to our actual visit with Bridget, we have been nothing but impressed! Finally a place that still understands customer service and kindness. Everyone was so wonderful and my 4 and 2 year old had such a great experience. Beyond grateful the staff gave my children a great start and happy first memory of the dentist. My husband and I haven't been able to go to the dentist for some time. So, we knew that we needed a lot of work done. Not only did they make the experience as least painful as they could they had phenomenal beside manners. The staff made sure we were comfortable and kept us informed about what was going on, and what to expect. They made a care plan for both of us, which highlighted what needed to be done and estimated the costs so that we wouldn't be blindsided. They even have an option to pay overtime, which was very helpful considering the fact that we are still financially recovering from COVID.

The best dentist I have ever been to!

New Haven Dental is a great place to go for any type of dental work. Their office is run like a well oiled machine. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I can honestly say that I don’t dread going to the dentist.

I've been to many dentists and have never felt so taken care of. This practice is above board and will give you the tools and know how to take care of your pearly whites. And if they aren't pearly white they will get you there. My third visit I went in for a root canal. I'm terrified of any drills, so went for the nitrous which took care of the rolling panic attacks. Next comes the numbing, and I have to say Doc nailed it. I felt no pain! About half way through the numbing was wearing off, and she understood right away even through the dental dam. Got me numbed right up and we continued. Somewhere in that last half I dozed off for a bit. No bs. I love this practice. They stay busy for a reason and it's absolutely worth it.

Watch out for the dental hygienists trained like slick used car salesmen who try to scare you into agreeing to all kinds of extras. Then overbill your insurance and give you two incorrect lame excuses for why the work "wasn't covered." When insurance says it should have been covered 100% if coded as what I was told was my routine cleaning when they scheduled it. Then behave totally condescending arrogant and rude if you question how they bill things. Their billing bulldog is vicious so don't you dare question her! She'll threaten to send you to collections with an equally condescending threatening letter with verbiage about "If you're worried about your credit score" you better pay us immediately when they know you have already filed an appeal with your insurance company. Feeling the bait and switch scam for sure. This is AFTER we tried to give them a second chance. A few years earlier they made me miserable physically shaking (had to go get me a blanket) from what I learned later from another dentist (who I had to go to when they wouldn't get me in after the filling fell out in less than a week) was due to the rushed dentist injecting the numbing med into my blood stream. So I had to go to another dentist in Washington to fix their work because they couldn't or wouldn't schedule me with my longtime dentist to fix it when I refused to go back to the new one who did a terrible job. We have been going here for 20+ yrs and the past few years it feels like it's all about money in lieu of quality and small town care. This USED to be a good place. Now they only care about how much money they can rook you for. Buyer beware. They WILL go straight for your pocket book!! $$$$$Got their mind on their money and their money on their mind$$$$$$

We love New Haven Dental! My family started there over 30 years ago, and now I take my own girls to them. Wonderful staff and dentist over the years. They are always very accommodating and the staff truly care about making their patients comfortable.

I am so disappointed with this place, I was a patient with an emergency (a crown I received from them in 2018) came off on Friday. Since I paid a lot of money for it and have been a patient with them spending over 5,000 for dental work paid in full. They didn’t even bother to call me back because after I gave her my number to make sure they had the correct one she didn’t actually update the information. So Wanting to get the situation taken care of I had to call them multiple times. They couldn’t even look at the tooth for 3 days. I feel like they are not very flexible with situations there is a lack of compassion or understanding. A very cold type of care. So I’m blessed to find a awesome dentist in valley park. Got me in the same day and even though I was a new patient and also managed to fix my problem.
So if your trying to decide on a dentist If you choose them and have an emergency good luck! Also I believe the failed crown wasn’t done probably otherwise it wouldn’t have came ofF in 2 years since one done properly can last 30 years.
Established patients with emergencies should be seen same day. The new place I’m going to said that is common practice for them, very glad I switched!
