I have been going here for several years now. Great group of dental hygienists and both dentists are great! Always a great experience and I always leave feeling like my concerns or questions are well heard. I also have three toddlers and they work so well with each of them. I prefer this office over the pediatric dentist I have seen.

I came in for a procedure, a bit nervous for sure as I am allergic to pain! Lol Dr. Vincel and his assistant Kristen were so caring, checked on me constantly all throughout the procedure, and was very gentle. I can't speak highly enough of them both. I was a little nervous to come to Ozarks Preferred Dental after my dentist retired a few years ago, but they have really exceeded my expectations. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Vincel is incredibly thorough and always explains what he's doing and why. You can tell he truly cares about his patients!

There are 3 things that scare me, well 2 now. The IRS, Psychiatrist, and was the Denist. 5 stars from the atmosphere, staff, and the communication! Had some oral surgery done, fantastic job. This now my preferred dentist! Highly recommended!

I'm someone who was with Dr Warren and got moved to Dr Reynolds. Obviously, I wasn't too sure about seeing a new dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Reynolds has personality and is personable and professional. The hygienist didn't hurt my gums, or do anything that made me bleed. What a nice switch!! Even before this bi-annual exam they were willing to provide a couple different services to my child to keep her teeth straight and white. They have been so great, and all the office staff is a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful experience! We had to find a new dentist after ours (Dr. Wade Warren) retired. We chose Ozarks Preferred Dental since it is close to home. I am so happy that we did! Dr. Vincel exceeded my expectations. He was very gentle and kind with my kids. He explained everything before doing a procedure and always spoke with them during the procedure. Making sure they were okay and still comfortable. I highly recommend him and his staff. The ladies in the office were great as well!

This was the first time I had gone to a dentist in 10+ years. I was nervous as my last experience (at a different office with a different Dr.) did not go well.
Initially I just went in for a cleaning, they not only did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth but they also diagnosed me with having one cavity. I set an appointment that day as I was so happy with my experience! Since my initial visit, I have gone back to get a filling, scared to death of shots, I was a bit nervous. The wonderful Assistant walked me through the entire process and Dr. Reynolds was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing, not only the shot but also the procedure itself! I am so pleased with my visit that this will be the ONLY office that will get my business!

I hadn't seen a regular dentist in probably 15 years for the simple fact I never felt comfortable, or welcomed by any dentist I've tried over the years! I found Dr. Reynolds about a year ago. I was embarrassed and ashamed to walk into a dentist office after so long, but Dr. Reynolds and his staff made me feel very comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. They gave me an individualized treatment plan to fit my needs, and one year later I now have no signs of periodontal disease and look forward to going to the dentist. I highly recommend Ozarks preferred dental to anyone else who has struggled to find a dentist that is welcoming, nonjudgmental, and makes you feel comfortable!

Would highly recommend Dr Reynolds and his entire staff. I had a teeth grinding problem for many years that dentists were not able to help with because of my under-bite. Dr. Reynolds immediately had a solution and my headaches and jaw pain have been resolved. Any recommendations for dental treatment including cavities, crowns, etc. are fully explained with the patient and I am confident that he only performs necessary procedures.
