Wilkinson Dental

Let me start by saying that I have the WORST anxiety about the dentist. I always associated it with hours of pain and discomfort... BUT I had my first appointment with Wilkinson's today and they were OUTSTANDING. First, the front desk ladies were incredibly sweet and helpful with any questions or concerns (insurance and finance questions, too!). They even called and booked an appointment with my surgeon for me!! On top of that, my dental hygienist, Paige was seriously the best. She was talkative and comforting yet let me have some space and didn't make it feel awkward about my anxiety or my crazy questions. They explained absolutely everything before they did it - a HUGE plus for those of us who have control issues. I knew what was going on at all times AND how much it cost!!!! I have never been anywhere that actually sat down and showed me how much the procedures would be before performing them. Dr. Wilkinson was awesome as well! He was welcoming and honest about what needed to be done - without making me feel uncomfortable, then recommended the best route that fit my thoughts and feelings.

Had one of the most pleasant trips to the dentist for a cleaning! Very professional and friendly staff. They are full of hospitality and instantly make you feel welcome. The office was also cozy and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back for my dental needs! :)

Really friendly staff. I really felt comfortable as I was nervous for my appointment since it was so long since I went to a dentist for a clean up and consultation. Mr.Wilkinson along with Kayla were really nice!! Definitely looking forward to my next visit!!!

They did a great job with my teeth cleaning. They are conscious about my insurance needs, and reaching my Max already this year and accommodated me accordingly on my appointment scheduling

I had broken a tooth late on a Friday and my regular Dentist was closed. I called Wilkinson Dental, and even though they were unable to see me that Friday, they scheduled me for the first appointment the following Monday. The staff was amazing, the Dentist (Dr. Gray) was very patient, listened to my concerns and put me at ease immediately. I was very impressed with the state of the art equipment they have in their office. I ended up needing a crown, and I must say, it was the most pain-free, positive experience I have ever had in a Dentist chair. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wilkinson Dental. They certainly have me as a new patient!

I visited Wilkinson Dental because of all the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed! Everyone is so caring and easy to get along with. Customer service is absolutely top notch, and yes, they even ask you if you would like a warm blanket while you're in the chair! :) You won't find a place with higher standards. We're very grateful for Wilkinson Dental.

My experience with Wilkinson Dental was absolutely amazing. Not only did they get me in and out quick but there front desk receptionist Alli was very helpful explaining everything thing about my insurance and she was very polite. I would recommend Wilkinson dental to anybody.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. However Wilkinson has made my experiences there wonderful. Well as wonderful as you can get for the dentist:) They make sure I am comfortable and that I'm not so anxious. They explain everything and make sure you aren't in any pain. I enjoy having them for a dentist.

I've never been able to willingly say that I enjoyed my visit to the dentist, but this visit was amazing! The staff introduced themselves to me, showed me around the place explaining exactly what was going to happen and were all very friendly. This is definitely the place to go when you need to see a dentist!

I moved down to Springfield, MO to come to school. That being said I needed to find a new dentist! I looked through google checking out reviews and Wilkinson Dental popped up... it had great reviews so I figured I'd check it out. From the moment I called to set up an appointment to leaving their office today I was treated with a great amount of respect and professional courtesy.

Their practice is off of Battlefield Rd placed in a nice plaza area. I walked in and was completely amazed by how clean and nice the office looked. After filling out paperwork I was swiftly taking back for a tour of the office and met some of the staff members who were very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a very positive atmosphere and I will continue to come and get my teeth cleaned here until I leave Springfield. 10/10 would reccomend to my family!
