Clark Family Dentistry

It’s hard to find a dentist, but, if you are searching, look no further than Clark. They are wonderful at keeping children calm during any procedure. They are also very caring, you can call and talk to them anytime you need and they never treat you like an inconvenience. Best experience, so thankful that I found them!

This was my initial visit. First off everyone was very friendly but what I was most impressed with was how comprehensive the first exam was and how well the hygienist thoroughly explained each step of the process. I’m glad my family is making the switch.

So far I'm impressed by the courtesy and professionalism that Clark Dental carries within not only the Dr but the staff as well. Although this is my first visit, I'm expecting the quality of treatment to continue as such.

Very professional staff and Dr's. All my kids love them. Our 2 year old went the first time and was scared by the 6 month check up no problem with sitting there like a big kid.

Had been taking my son here for a cleaning which was covered 100% by insurance. I remember at the beginning telling them I didn’t want anything done that wasn’t cover by insurance. A month or so later I got a bill in the mail from them. I called my dental insurance company to inquire why I was getting a bill. I was told Clark Family Dentistry filed a claim for something not covered leaving me to cover it. I called the dentist office to inquire with them. I was told they’d look into it and call me back. After a few weeks of no return phone calls I called back. I was told the same thing by the dentist office that the insurance company told me. I advised I didn’t authorize any extra work that wasn’t covered by insurance. I was told there was nothing they could do and the balance was owed to them.

I refused to pay it. I then got a letter in the mail from Heather Clark which read since I haven’t paid the bill my family was no longer patients of hers. Ok, no big lose there. Shortly after that I received a bill from a collection company that was almost double what the original amount was. I called the collection company to inquire why the balance doubled I was told because that’s what happens when you don’t pay your bills. I explained the whole situation to the collection company, but the only thing they wanted to discuss was whether I wanted to pay by electronic check or by card.

I’m sure some people like this dentist office and that’s fine, but I say no thanks. I sure they’re great when you’re throwing money their way, but when you have to watch your spending you’re not worth enough to deserve good customer service from them.
