Carondelet Park Dental Care

The office staff was incredibly helpful, and their willingness to take the time and explain the billing/insurance process was outstanding. Spoke to me like a person, took the time to explain everything, advised me of their concerns regarding my health and the position of the patient (myself) am in.

I will be going back, with more knowledge and a much better understanding regarding my responsibilities and coverage, so am holding off on 5 stars, BUT, if the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people up front were any indication, I found a fantastic place.

Always had dislike of dentist visits I highly recommend Dr. Marc Boivin. His shots do not even hurt! He is very professional with a sense of humor. This is, in my mind, the only dentist practice to visit. Had root canal and crown done. Was so scared by what people say about them. Wasn't anything to it. I almost prefer it to a filling! A++++++. I brought my mom to see dentist. She had Dr. Greg Boivin. He too was very pleasant and very patient with my 92 year old mother. Very much appreciate the great care given to me and my family!

One of the most ethical practitioners I've ever met. Both Doctor Marc and Doctor Greg are amazing at dental care. I will never go to any other dentist.

It seem that people have great experiences here. But they seems to overboard with my wife teeth while they did a filling causing her whole teeth to be sore and very sensitive to cold/hot or hard food. They don’t take responsibility for it and telling us that she now need a root canal for that tooth that she just had filling. They quote me a price and it seem reasonable until the actual cost is almost twice that with crown cost that they come up with after charging me deductible first. Two times in for teeth cleaning, both time the nurses was harsh and the last time cut the inside mouth while doing it. I don’t know, maybe I had bad lucks here but I wouldn’t trust them so much after this.

I had the worst toothache that had me up all night . I decided to go to CARONDELET PARK DENTAL and I was amazed on how I was treated... they was very gentle, caring and honest....i did not fill any pain...at all...the dentist was so good at taking out me teeth til i didn't even know he was finish...if you are scared of going to the dentist, go there..they will make you feel like family.....thank you

Dr. Greg is truly an Amazing dentist. His staff is so kinda and caring. I went in to get a tooth looked at. I needed it filled Dr. Greg didn't even think twice he took care of me right then. I was so scared he talked me through it told me exactly what he was doing. Plane and simple if you want the best dentist Carondelet park Dental care is the place to go. Plus my filling you can't even tell what tooth it's in they matched it perfect. I have already made the choice Dr.Greg is the only Dentist I will go too.

Sooo I love it here. Someone recommend this dentistry to me through conversation and surprisingly my endodontic Dr. Wolken does referrals here, even though i had alreadychosen this place by word of mouth! Anywho the experience is amazing. It's homey with the setup and original structure. When it comes to the WORK, they are OLD SCHOOL. Not old school as in outdated but consistent in care, professionalism work ethic..ya know, still working with the original blue print lol. I had my crown today and teeth cleaning(first in Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears if you really understand, and Rue..i believe is her name) she is thorough and an extention of the staff and owner. She CLEANED my teeth with emphases on that. I felt great and when i looked in the mirror, you KNOW I looked great!!!! Beautiful ppl, patient , legit and genuine, my type of folks hands down I DO recommend. Ps I had to bring my 4 year old daughter and they did not turn me away, they had hope and faith that it would go smoothly and it did. My lil sweetpea did exceptional and received praises and even got to pick a toy from the toy box at the end. Today was a good day( in my Ice Cube voice) thanks again to ALL staff. Shout of to Amy she is HILARIOUS

I went in for a price consultation. I previously had x rays done and had the intent on looking for a cheaper option. I mentioned this while scheduling the appointment. I waited an hour to fill out 3 sheets of paperwork. I wasnt seen until 2. Their staff is incompetent and disregarded any of their wrong doing. At the end of it their office is dirty with torn exam chairs, they try to nickel and dime for everything and give sub par service. They didn't even have plastic on the chairs or wipe them down between patients. If you can go elsewhere.

**EDIT** They called me back to squeeze me in.

I got a filling done Saturday. On Tuesday, the tooth next to it cracked while flossing. I have a hole/chip at the gum line. This is considered a dental emergency. They couldn't see me until Thursday evening of that week. I was told they "don't do emergency appts" and that's the soonest I could be seen. I have to find another dentist to see me or I have to sit in pain for 48+ hours. This is bad business for a returning patient. Truly disappointing. I've been going here for years...

Visiting St. Louis from New York, I came to see Dr. Greg and was just delighted and moved by the gracious, thoughtful, kind and helpul care. Everyone from Lisa, who greeted us and fit me in, to Pam, who assisted Dr. Greg, were so wonderful. Dr. Greg is a wonderful dentist. He is knowledgeable and caring! I feel so lucky to have found this practice and highly recommend it. Pam Allyn.
