I tried calling the office around 4pm several time since I work all day and always get the answer machine. The hours on this location say 9am-5pm! WHY ARNT THEY ANSWERING! And the one time I do call during lunch the receptionist picks up and rudely says “can you hold” and remained about 5 mins on hold until I hung up. And they are not open on weekends.

I gave a two star rating for several reasons. First, I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes, 30 minutes after my appointment time and not a single employee acknowledged me. I could here people joking in the back. Secondly, the place is not clean or modern at all. It looks like it came out of the 80's. Finally, the woman that polished my teeth was rude. I said hello and she didn't even acknowledge me, she just walked in and went at it. . She was very rough on my mouth jamming the polish head into my gums. Not going back and do not recommend!.

About a year ago I broke a tooth and was looking for some place close to my work. I call them and they were able to get me in right away to take a look and smooth off my very sharp edge. They took ex-rays and contacted my insurance to see what they would pay so I didn't have to spend a lot out of my pocket. They were great, now a year later I have been back for cleanings and a filling and again they were great. Now my son ( who doesn't have insurance) needs a few fillings so I called for a rough price and was very happy to hear what they said. It was much better than his last dentist price wise so he will soon be a new patient.

Cap was put on in March of 2019, came off by August 2021. The dentist who fixed it (AT MY COST AS INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER IT) explained that the tooth was taken down too much and the crown was too big and that is why it came off.

I went today for a check up and cleaning. Dr. Fisher was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be referring them to others.
FYI: they don't have the most updated designs with all of the bells and whistles in the office but they get the job done.

I called a couple places about a basic cleaning, while St. John whas slighty higher in cost, it is local, and Ive been coming here since a child.
Dr. Fisher was awesome and was happy to explain everything to me, explained some things about my molars, looked my teeth over and cleaned them, and a dental assistant polished them. Didn't take long and will be back.

If you're looking for a dentist, I highly suggest looking somewhere else. I went and got a routine exam done. That was on 6/11/18. I then went and had my wisdom teeth removed on 8/30. 2 and a half months later.
Then, a few days a go I get a bill from St. Johns Dental Group. A bill for my xrays and teeth cleaning..from 6/11! 4 months later, and they are telling me my benefits are maxed out. They had 2 and a half months to get this claim into my insurance, and they did not. So now I am expected to stay this amount, which I cannot and will not, because of the laziness of the dentist and probably the staff. And if the "business owner" would just decide to live in 2018, then this claim could have been resolved within a few days electronically. Not months later.
I should note, this place has absolutely not technology. No computers. No internet. So they are doing everything as if it is 1974. And the inside looks about the same. Worn equipment, that personally I would not trust at this point. And very few staff. If you have another choice, go somewhere else. If you don't have another choice? Wait until you can find somewhere else.
All in all, I regret my decision to use this dental practice. Go to a cleaner place. Go to a practice that welcomes new technology, so you can be use you are getting the level of care that you deserve. Because this will not be the place that you get it.
