By far the best dentist office I have ever been too. The whole office and dental team are excellent. Clean office, excellent staff and Dr Palmer is so very nice! They do what you need done and do not gouge you for work you dont really need done. They whole staff is fantastic!!!! Will never change dentists! I would change my dental insurance plan so I could keep going there before I would change dentists. I highly recommend Dr Palmer and their staff for your Dental needs.

Would rate 10 stars if i could. I have been to many dentists in my 32 years but STL Family Dentistry is hands down the most caring, thoughtful, kind and clean. Dr Ruopp's work is amazing. He's a bit of a perfectionist which i LOVE. So happy i found them. Thank you!

They have been a great dental provider. Very clean and fully Covid 19 compliant. Dr Palmer and his staff are always attentive and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you as far as scheduling and payment. I recommend them to anyone in need of dental care they are very conveniently located in Hampton Village Plaza, with an on premises oral surgeon just down the hall should you need such services.

Did not have a good experience with this dentist. They did a rush and wait time was long. My son told the dentist that he was experiencing tooth pain and he was ignored. I don't recommend them to anyone. Definitely will be finding a new dentist.

I highly recommend STL Family Dentistry. They were amazing, professional, and clean. The table side manner was exactly what I needed to start making regular appointments again.

They made my mouth look like I've never had any holes. It's pretty magical to feel comfortable opening my mouth again in public. Best I've felt in years and reasonably priced

I went this dentistry for check up. I had only a little sensitivty on a tooth but not always, except this one I had no pain, no visible cavities at all. After the X-ray Dr told me I had too many cavities and two of them are really big. In a few years I might need canal root treatment but right now he will just do normal filling on them. While the right side filling I really had pain and they had to nomb it 2 more times. And that evening it started to sore a lot. Dr said after filling 2 days sensitivity is normal but if I had more I need to tell it. One week later I had the left side filling but I was still having pain and sensitivity on the last one and I told to the doctor. But this time he just checked it with some enstruments and said there is nothing to work on it and sensitivity may be two more weeks. After that day my left side started to sore also. After the first filling 12 days past. After the second one 5days past. Now I am having pain while eating anything, drinking anything especially tea, brushing my theeth, chewing gum and also I have pain continously 1-2 hours after these activities. I am 32 years old and in all my life I have never had this much long tooth pain. I will wait one more week and if still I have pain I will go to see another dentist somewhere else. I am nearly crying that if I have lost my teeth, if had to have canal root treatment.

Third visit checked in at 11am. At noon still in waiting room. They seemed to forget I was waiting. I will wait until pandemic is over to decide if I come back here or find a new Dentist. I didn't feel safe waiting that long inside room.

My boss recommended this place to me since I needed a new dentists office to go to for my son and I. They were super polite and super patient with my wiggly 3 year old. Was in and out in less than a hour, probably 30min total. I'd most definitely recommend this location.
