First Impressions Dental

I went to Dr. Trezek because I needed to have teeth pulled before I had braces and he was very good with me. He explained everything that I should do before I got my braces put on to ensure my teeth would be ok when I was finished with my orthodontic treatment. He listened to me and my concerns and did not try to push me into anything. He is great and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is very nice and caring, they truly seem to care about their patients.

Dr Terry and his team were amazing. They were able to get me in for a routine check up in O’Fallon and then immediately back at this location for 4 wisdom teeth removal prior to my flight home in a few days. The entire procedure, including two fillings, took less time than my wait at the pharmacy for my prescription. I’d go back if I had a location closer to home.

I've been to a few different dentists in my life, but with First Impressions I'll never need another. They all make you very comfortable and all processes go smooth and as painless as possible. All your dental needs are done there, I hated being sent from one dentist to another to get something done. I've recommended Dr. Trezek and his staff to my friends and family with great results. 😃

We have been with First Impressions since they opened and from the first visit, I knew that Dr Trezek would be the best dentist for us. The office is professional and well maintained. All of the employees are wonderful!! I hopefully will not have to visit any more often then two times a year but if I do we are in good hands!!

Dr. T and his staff are wonderful and amazing people. They always treat me and my family with respect and concern for are well being. I find it amazing how they remember details of our conversations from previous visits. They truly care about there patients.

My daughter and I both had appointments here. It was her very first time at the dentist. Naturally she was hesitant, however the staff made her very comfortable and she walked out smiling and laughing. She got to put her name in the "No Cavity Club" and she was very excited about that. Huge thanks to the staff for making my baby feel at ease here. :)

I had to take my daughter there because her last dentist left her with unfinished work. She had to have a root canal and was in so much pain. They were able to get us in at the last minute and did an excellent job. She is a only ten and they did an awesome job at explaining everything to her as they were going to do it. She even said after we left that she really liked that dentist better than her last. They are just awesome all the way around from the staff to the doctor.

Dr T and his staff are all wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the always freindly and smiling Kelly to when you leave. It's feels like going to visit friends. Dr T is always very gentle and because of this I don't dread going to the dentist like I used to. So glad I found this office!

The staff are very nice. They care about your well being as well as the cost of your options that you have for your care. Making sure that you get what you need as well as what you can afford. Would recommend to anyone.

Tried this office because they were In Network. They wanted me to spend $3,500 out of pocket to fix every imperfection in my mouth! Not going to happen.

Went back to my original dentist to get the one filling I actually needed. When the office called to get my x-rays, not only did First Impressions want money to release them, they got snarky over the phone!
