They supposed to send the xray that paid for to the dentist at st. peters and they never did. Theyre expensive and keep on calling while at work and pressuring me to pay and get my implants done.

I took both of my children here to get their annual check ups. After waiting for almost an hour past our appointment time they finally call my daughter back alone. They had me continue to wait instead of goin eoth her. So the dentist talked to her alone about what she needed, she is 13 yrs old, she doesn't pay for or schedule her own appointments so they should be speaking with me. She told the dental assistant made her feel really uncomfortable because she kept putting her down about not flossing. I had to ask to go back with my 8 yr old son. They had one folding chair in the room that I sat on in the corner with my baby in a carseat, my daughter had to go back to the waiting room alone for there was no room for her. This office is very expensive and the really don't seem to care too much about the patient's comfort.

I went to Dr Jerry Paz in Warrenton MO and he had performed a laser root canal on me. He explained to me step by step the procedure prior to performing. I have to tell you, while he was working on me, I actually fell asleep. I was not gassed or put under , it was that comfortable and done professionally.
Prior to this experience he had seen me in an emergency 20 minutes before he closed.
I found my new dentist !!!!!!

I have been around the world with the military and I have visited many dentists over the years. I must say my experience with Dr. Paz and his staff is better than any dentist I have visited. I normally get nervous before I visit my dentist, but I do not when I visit them. I am so glad they are in this neighborhood!!
