Washington Smiles Complete Health Dentistry

I went in for the first time in 7 years with excruciating pain. DH, Charlotte was the kindest person on the planet, and seemed as if I knew her my whole life. Dr. B was great as well! If you're not sure where to go, here is your answer!!

Jessica did a great job cleaning my teeth and all things that go with a dental cleaning visit. And that Strawberry Cheesecake polish is the BOMB!!

Katelyn is a fantastic hygienist and is always very thorough and very friendly! Jessie is a wonderful assistant and has a very contagious smile and laugh. Seriously everyone is fabulous.

Always a pleasant experience! Did I just say that about the dentist?!?! Yes, even when I’ve had dental work (and I’ve had plenty), everyone has gone above and beyond to make it pleasant!

Charlotte has been fantastic. I used to have bad anxiety being at the dentist, but my appointments here have been much more relaxing.

First off to be fair I disclose that Im deathly afraid of dentists. I life of oral surgeries started at age 5.
With that being said I felt overall my 1st visit was good but it was a consult. Dentist and assistant were very kind. The only issue I had was understanding clearly the costs with each option. This was not clear. They gave me serval options during the dentist consult but at the end I was handed one pay plan for one option. I asked about another then they took away the first pricing plan and handed me another. Probably my fault as my brain goes into overload at the dentist.
I moved out this way when my parents health took a turn. So I researched and feel I would be in good hands at this practice. But with the cost being in the 13k range, you hope to have a clear idea of what all your options are and the pros and cons along with the listed prices for your unique circumstances choices.
The staff was very friendly, the office was very clean and prompt I just left the appointment feeling as confused as when I walked in. That would be my only concern. I will update how it goes as I sift through my decisions.
Also the nice woman that does the pricing may be in training, so I considered that may be why she was a little out of the know? We all been there. I asked about ball attached dentures, she looked like she never heard if it. I asked about types they offered she pulled one off the shelf and said that was the only type offered. So again maybe its me? But I still have no idea what I am doing besides removing 3 teeth and starting the scary process of dentures. I know the dentist himself spoke of options but maybe the pricing personnel didn't have all my consult in front of her. Unsure. So my rating of experience is a 4 only because so much unknown. Thank you everyone.
